    How do you change details if you submitted and it’s already showing green but you need to add on employers details?

    Am failing to proceed on napsa withdraw. It is showing zero contributions on dashboard and brings an error to retry later.

      @oliver, that's sounds strange. If you are unable to totally log into the system your whole dashboard is not able to load I would suggest that maybe you try again later. But if it is saying Zero contributions when your contributions were being remitted, I would suggest you get in touch with Napsa

    Good afternoon,
    I applied for partial withdraw this year January and the message came to say your member on-boarding request with reference 24........................... has been received and a response will be provided within one (1) business day. since then it has been quite and never receive any feedback again. what could be the problem?

      @clementmwenya7693. That seems longer than usual,. Try getting in touch with Napsa and use your reference number to make a follow up.

      I got that message in December that my onboardijg will be done in 24hrs but, I only got confirmation of onboarding today.

    Am facing challenges on employment history. Have only worked under one employer since I started paying for Napsa and whenever I put dates the icon for submitting information is not turning blue.

    Good day Napsa Management ,trying to find out. My NRC first name spelling of Lilian and Mobile money name is the same but different from the bank name which has double lillian. so do i need to open another bank account or its ok i can get through Mobile money processes? please advice

      @Lillian, please note that this youtube channel is not for NAPSA management, it's just an individual like you sharing personal experiences.
      To answer your questions firstly you don't necessarily need to open another Bank account but you can go to your current bank and advise them to correct your name so that it aligns with the one on your NRC.
      Secondly ,you can claim using mobile money as long as your claim is below K20,000.
