There should be ordinance requirement where the plinth dimensions of a 3-bed single family home should be 66ft by 58ft, or the very least, 58ft by 48ft Anything less than this cannot be put up as a 3-bed home. A regular bedroom should be 12ft by 11ft or the very least, 11ft by 11ft.

That's a pretty bad floor plan. There are too many walls inside that are eating too much space. To me it should've been 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open space kitchen floor. You don't need 3 bathrooms inside a place like. One sharing bathroom is good enough, so that the bedrooms would be a bit bigger.
