Amazing mind blowing guitar players right there! Awesome video hellmuut2 thanks for sharing it!! I met Popa Chubby a few times just a nice guy who loves playing his guitar for everybody...
This is a great Jam,two of the blues players of our generation and probably of all time. Check out Gary Moore rendition of Red House that he done at the concert for fender or something like that. In my opinion that's the best cover of Red House on TH-cam,just saying.
Never mind that live Gary Moore version of Red House,I think it got pulled of TH-cam what a bunch of Assholes. If you get a chance to see it,it's worth it.
+Bud Wiser hey there,,,if its the red version with pino pallidino on bass you are so correct sir..it is an amazing version of red house and a guitar masterclass by gary moore..Check out walters red house though..its a close second to Garys version..peace and happiness to you...
+aidan mcguire mcguire That's their one I'm talking about. Gary playing their red Strat and Pinos playing base. It's some kind of Fender tribute. I've seen them Trout version and it's killer to.
@@rolandkobelbauer8280 me too, I have a nice Tele and can't play worth a shit since they ruined my right arm during heart surgery. I got to see Walter with Eric Gales not too long ago, they tore the house down
@@porkbelly0713 i got my new butterscotch blonde tele 3 weeks ago...saw him with john mayall in the eightys...was really impressed by his speed..i would be happy if i could play half as fast...
I recently put my 66 deluxe reverb up for sale for $2200 on craigslist , everything had been upgraded to like new condition including the cab and grill cloth(this is how i got it) poppa chubby sent me an email saying hes interested...i call him and he basically says.its not original cam what planet you from to ask that much, then hung up on me!....typical New York rude ass......although he can play...im no fan anymore.....he should take lessons from walter trout on being a decent person
I hate that! A little bit of fame and they become assholes, or maybe he was to start with. Let’s face it, he’s a pentatonic player like many others that you can see any Friday and Saturday night in bars or clubs, I’ve heard worse, I’ve certainly seen better! I’m here for Walter, I loved the interaction between him and Coco Montoya when they were with John Mayall, fantastic players who knew how to share a stage, yet put their own stamp on their solo’s. Did you sell your rig?
Let me know what you think about BW. I still don't understand your remark "Are you kidding?" See below. I am simply interested in other people's constructive views and thoughts. Look forward to hearing from you. All the best , GF.
Yes he is, but he looks SO disinterested in what is happening on the stage...he needs to at least smile once in a while, or SOMETHING; anything but what he is doing. I was surprised he wasn't gazing at his own shoes, he looked so bored....
Walter es una de los peores guitarras que tuvo J.Mayall y a Popa le vi en Madrid y a parte de mala persona, (le tiro la guitarra al batería) porque nadie le aplaudía, es un mal guitarrista. Menudo dos pajarracos.
immer wieder tolle Musik

@@rolandkobelbauer8280 very cool, mine is a Thinline reissue from about 10 years ago, same one that Daryl Hall plays on his show
You have to read my comments in the context of the comments by lawnman above.
Had a look through your likes - we have a lot in common. Pity you have no Buddy Whittington or Roy Buchannan maybe you'd like them?
Did Poppa play one chord here?

Looks like Michael Leasure on drums.
