I wish I was kidding. Tried every possible combination of actions and dialoge, looking for everything recognized by the game designers. I was astonished.
Honestly thats understandable, i love this game and do the same, i just try to 100% every mission but the first playthrough i just played however, second one i went for all convo, read all emails, all newspapers, and see all locations, word of advice you can save before entering conversation with someone so you can load the game back up and see how they respond to each response you give@@KaylaJoyGunn
Besides JC, that one MJ12 trooper in Versalife, Jock (because the mechanic wasn’t killed), Tiffany (because JC kills her deliberately), Howard Strong (the only strictly mandatory kill/KO in the game, who often kills himself), that random tech at the end (arguably) and everyone trapped in Area 51 who dies in this run? How much longer would a run that saves all of them (except JC and Howard Strong) take? Also Deus Ex supports ctrl+c/ctrl+v in text entry. Shouldn’t having one of the needed passwords/logins saved in the PC’s clipboard then pasting it in instead of typing it save a bit of time?
You can save without the menu with quicksave (default key numpad +). Quickload will show a menu where it asks for confirmation if you really want to load the previous save. On top of that, in this run I added three additional save and load keys by editing the user.ini file. If you want to see a run without these additional saves I have a run here: th-cam.com/video/Mt3RDaL9qV8/w-d-xo.html.
> 1:55 Stride into your boss’s office

> He is taken aback, speechless
> Refuse to elaborate
> Leave
And at that exact moment, Walton Simmons knew.
I love how Dr. Savage just shrugs off that JC killed his daughter to save a few seconds.
this is criminally underviewed, i watched the whole thing, cant believe this game took me 40 odd hours :P
I spent 40 hours on the first mission

Poggers happy to learn :)
In 30 minutes I will have designed my character and blackjacked about 3 nsf after 50 save scums
The madlad actually picked swimming
Whereabouts is the load remover? can't seem to find it
In Livesplit, it should download it automatically when you edit the splits and fill in the game title Deus Ex.
The new Deus ex game- if is going to be- must be about the things happend before this story...and after 1-2 more games they shoud remake this one
yeah. a game about paul before JC was hired by Unatco would be really interesting
+
save + load abuse seams very scumy, can you even save without menu??
The game has quicksave/load bound by default (just to a very inconvenient set of keys)
