- just a normal P rank without routing, I'm pretty sure I was the first to P rank the level (I got it like 2 hours after update released). I'll get a 3:20 or something on brutal and leave it at that
The fact that Asunder beat P-2 with a P-rank on the new hardest difficulty, on the exact same day the update comes out, goes to show why Asunder is my favorite youtuber to exist.

level isnt that much different from violent really, a few interactions are different (no mindflayer instakills and cerbs not dying to blood tunnel) but other than that it feels the same

I feel like one thing worth mentioning is how this stage may have been powercrept by the jackhammer + red variants, (probably only the sawed on though) just because of the raw damage

the red saw blade gun does a crazy amount of damage in this fight
@@genericalias5756you can get down like 90% of mindflayers health with the red sawblade/nail gun alternate fire and the screwdriver alone, it's insane

for p-2 its almost the same, for the entire game its very very different
@@Asunderer_ i wholly disagree, brutal is a slight step up for just about every level, but p-2 in particular is a significant step up
@@Asunderer_ you are wrong it literally buffs the enemies by A LOT
sentries shoot twice, cerberi 'dash' twice bosses have a large percentage more health than normal - iirc getting hit adds more time to hard damage
other than that, the other changes might not be super noticeable

I whiped a frozen rocket into myself, that deflected the malface projectiles onto the and killed one of the virtues

Even with how insane your gameplay was Sisyphus still constantly had you on the verge of death, man I don't think I'm ever gonna P-rank this level above like standard...
to be fair, this was my literal first try on brutal p-2, so I was reacting to the new attacks and speed. With practice you can definitively achieve a good P rank of this level, just needs a lot of practice

two frozen rockets, timed properly all the cerbs dash into them as soon as I do a core snipe and that kills all 4

@@hello-ds8wt try to parry him as much as possible, be cautious of the destroy explosions he leaves behind after every attack in 2nd phase. Spamming slideways gives a slight speed boost so take advantage of that if youre out of stamina. The most important part is parrying, learn when to do so and you will thrive

I got so close to a p rank yesterday but Sisyphus sisypunched me
Brutal levels were a cakewalk to me, except P-2. I can P-rank P-2 on violent fairly easily but I cannot do it on brutal, mainly due to the fact sentries shoot twice and are way faster (but at the same time that helps me hit nasty chargebacks). That's probably the reason most of my brutal runs end in the 2nd phase of the stalker room with the four sentries
The only levels that were hard for me on brutal was 7-3 and the second Gabriel fight.

you can instakill him without using saws, it barely matters, saws just make it faster

idk why ppl struggled with brutal difficulty, it really isn't that hard, dont get me wrong though, sisyphus prime and the panopticon are pretty big challenges in this difficulty, but everything else really isn't that hard. cant wait to see how the "ultraill must die" difficulty is going to be like
