Nice to see you save another bit of kit from the scrap pile. The cost & availability of parts has made a throw away world. Refreshing to watch you tackle so many different projects & make them work.
Great job and video, Kim......but my knees were hurting as you disassembled that unit on the floor, I am sure you have a workbench in your shed and your back will thank you in 20-30 years !
These Krenzle pumps are quite a good pump 👍 but would say 3 items not to buy at an auction unless you personally know its history are pressure washers, centrifugal pumps and portable generators in the 2 to 5 kva range , nice job of fitting the pump up and plumbing the lines in 💪👌
Really like these videos, always a nice feeling to get something broken, that’s worth repairing, back in action & being able to use it again. Not many videos give you the confidence to take on a repair but love your videos & they certainly do👍👍👍👍😊😊
Stumbled on your channel. Thankfully. Pretty host, knows her stuff, no/very little makeup. Jane would be proud!! A breath of fresh air. I am now subscribed.
The reason I subscribe to this channel is because I am so amazed at your knowledge and abilities. Awesome videos. Please keep learning and sharing with us. Thank you so much.
Great find Kim there a fantastic washer for its size . I'd rather buy a non running one of these and rebuild than buy a cheap nasty karcher or some of the budget diy ones . Great work as always especially the video editing 👏 😂😂
Great job! FYI don't use the red hozelock fittings with the pressure washer as they restrict the flow. I tend not use them inside my workshop as they have a habbit of popping off without warning once they get a bit older!
I think your videos are getting better all the time . The pressure washer looks well built and worth fixing , and you are right on the top notch setup.
Thanks Kimberly, you are quite the talent but then I prefer to be a 'Jack of all than a master of none', very clever use of space and repurposing an old machine. I think you will need a bigger workshop soon.
Calamity Kim, if a job is worth doing , do it right and to the best of your ability. I have yet to see you repair anything while doing shoddy work. Professional work always. Well Done 👍 👍👍🇺🇸😎🙏🏽✌🏻
Nice to see someone else has problems getting at stuff that was originally put there because that's the most convenient. then years go bye and that convenient gag gets filled with something more essential. Love your work, thanks for not overspeeding the video, you can just make out what you we saying on pump. Only thing I would have done differently was take complete motor out of pump and test it alone then if 'tis duff, easy to change out. Thanks from rural W.Berks.
Hi Ian, I did take the motor off the pump and test it. The motor is built into the pump so all I can and did do was test it with the internals out of it.
First off, I hope you are doing well! Secondly, thank you for the laughs, absolutely hilarious! The hippo definitely made a mess, lmbo 🤣 Thanks for sharing and having a great week!
I thought.. Why put 100Pound of parts in there, But I just looked it up.. 645 Euro.. ! 🤯So now it's a quality Pressure washer with Power switch for water pump off.. perfe3ct with the long leash and water nearby! Thats a sweet Deal and a very useful Little machine to have around the Shop.! I recently figured out that most Pressure washers are made for up to 60 Degree Celsius heat. (at least in Germany). Thats a big cleaning bonus as well.So I connect it to my Kitchen Sink with an adapter. I will look into fixn up my little KÄRCHER cleaner with an added water stop🤔9 Bucks is not so bad either for this feature! Thanks, Kim! Love your Videos! Saw you had fun putting around with that mini bike at Diesel Creek..that was sweet😂😂😂Greetings from Germany 🤓carpenterBea
Thanks for the comment. Yes they’re not cheap, I did toy with the idea of buying a new one but I have maybe spent 1/3 of the price of nee to get this all sorted so I can’t complain really. It’ll last I should think.
Is there any chance you could do a video about yourself. How did you start? What training have you had? Tips and advice to others (especially girls) about how to go about becoming an engineer.
Hello Kim great video I wish my wife was as hands on as you are lol.is the Kranzol pressure washer any good been looking to buy some kind of set up like this and can you run a hot water feed in to it as well.Love the videos keep them coming
I did the same sort of thing with my pressure washer as you have except for on mine I made it smart and used a smart relay and a motorised ball valve to turn the water on and off; now all I do is pull the hose out from the retractable reel and say "hey Siri turn on pressure washer" I got all the parts off AliExpress and it was rather cheap and easy to do.
Excellent work Kim! 🔧🪛 You're definitely redefining the word "broken", proving everything can be fixed with enough time and effort. As long as it's still fairly all there. I hope the pressure washer gives you many years of good service. 😎 Thanks for sharing!
Oh dear Kim, looks like you’re gonna need a bigger shed soon!🤪😆 I’m gonna try and get my air compressor lines sorted this winter and probably get a pressure washer line set up out side. Need to clear my bills and earn some money first 😖🤦♂
Can someone point me to an electric pressure switch (TSS?) like that 9 pounds one? ...I've found many but they are in the wrong pressure range (e.g. max 10mpa) or in the wrong current range (e.g. max 10A)
I wouldn’t be. The tap itself is lower than the lathe and right next to the door. The pressure washer only has water to it when I want it to. And I can hear if the pressure washer is running from outside so that prevents any real issue if the hose were to split. It’ll be perfectly fine.
40 quid for some oil???!!! The oil for my turntable is 12 quid for 3ml!!! Works brilliantly, but I'm sure he buys it in 205 litre drum for £100 but it's his well kept secret. Another job well done on your part.
Hi Kevin, I post twice a month normally but I had one weeks off recently so I’ve only posted once this month. Back to normal again now. Hopefully in the future we may sort something out Like that
It’s meant to be water resistant and I can tell right away if it’s leaking. It will either lose water or start surging as it’s re pressurising the system. Thanks for the comment 😊
The old you must use our oil gag load of crap as you say as long as it’s right spec don’t matter my car says must use shell it’s done 111000 and never had shell since new lol
Champion there. Brilliant.
Nice to see you save another bit of kit from the scrap pile. The cost & availability of parts has made a throw away world. Refreshing to watch you tackle so many different projects & make them work.
Brilliant video KIm, the turning on of the tap had me in stiches 🤣🤣
I was really giggling whilst editing that yesterday 🤣
Nice.
I pressure wash as part of my business. Can't beat electric for home use.
Great job and video, Kim......but my knees were hurting as you disassembled that unit on the floor, I am sure you have a workbench in your shed and your back will thank you in 20-30 years !
I do but my bench was full. It wasn’t a long process. I have so much on the go at one time which isn’t helping matters.
good to teach people that just because something dose not work you do not need to throw it away most things can be fixed and put to good use !!
Rebuilt my pump last week. Looked at rebuild kits and they were ridiculous! Fortunately a good clean up and a few individual o-rings did the job. 👍
Absolutely brilliant. Your range of skills is amazing. The memes you picked were hilarious

its like watching james may's the reassembler .....but better looking xx
Not sure about that 😂

Thank you, I absolutely will. I love learning about things and how they work.
That was a very nice job of saving the power washer. I like the way you mounted it with that hose reel.Your memes were very "cheeky".😊
Are you going to open a Hand Car wash ?
sing along folks .. ' down at the car-wash , you can have a good time ' .. lol
Excellent video Kim :).all work out for want too do and super nice to!
Is there anything you can’t repair? 🤔 I don’t think so 🙂
Another great video! Thanks for sharing with us 🙏
I do admire your skills and can do approach.very enjoyable video.

Nice installation. I am most jealous! Top quality work, Kim.

Well done Kim, you have so much knowledge and talent and you make brilliant video's . Looking forward to your next one. You take care Kim .

Secondly, thank you for the laughs, absolutely hilarious!
The hippo definitely made a mess, lmbo 🤣
Thanks for sharing and having a great week!
Might need the pressure washer for cleanup on that mess. Lol
Great video, looks like a neron pump. I have experience with the hydraulically driven ones.
Very tidy!
Hi Kim great job as always , I have the AR 630 similar style washer , what's the detail on the the pressure switch thanks
It’s just one I bought off eBay, it was less than £10. I think I searched for pressure washer switch and then loads come up.
This is something on my list to do, I'm beyond tired of hauling mine in and out.
This is exactly why I did it. I’m sick of tripping over it, lifting it up and moving it around. So annoying!
Great video, thanks.
Brilliant 👌👌
Great video

Nice set up Kim, unfortunately now I'm going to be scouring the country side for dead pressure washers. 😂👍
The memes were a fun add to another great project.
Brilliant job 👌🏼 I nearly spilled my pint 🍺 hearing the air fart 💨 😂
Hi Kim Nice Job thanks again have a good week
Pretty slick setup, nice work as usual! 🙂

Hi Calamity & it's is Randy and i like yours video is cool & Thanks Calamity Kim & Friends Randy
Excellent work Kim! 🔧🪛 You're definitely redefining the word "broken", proving everything can be fixed with enough time and effort. As long as it's still fairly all there. I hope the pressure washer gives you many years of good service. 😎 Thanks for sharing!
Thanks a lot and so do I. 😊
Great work Kim , keep up the good work and stay safe 👍
Love your videos great stuff and I have a cancer check, the videos always cheer me up
Great video. Is there nothing you can’t handle? LOL @ the hippo.
I’d never rebuilt a pump before this. I just try anything once. Sometimes it doesn’t work out 😅
Good repair Lady Muck. What was the tool brand name on that plastic anchor set tool?
Plastic anchor set? I’m unsure what you mean.
@@CalamityKim1 , the Rawl plugs you put in the masonry board to hold the brackets-
Sorted 👌
Hey. Could you gave me information or link to the pressure switch upgrade.
I have a wrangle k7.
Great video for info. Thanks
All I did was search for pressure switch on eBay. This is m22 threaded one.
Thank you 👍

Still waiting for the engine start; little tracked vehicle 🙈👌
I’m still waiting on parts 🥲
Diaper or bucket to control oil spill ?
Anything I had to hand 😂

🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
👌
I have a feeling the parts were expensive because there’s not a demand for them. The same parts for my interpump pressure washer were about £25
That funny.
I am worried about water next to those lathes if there is a burst,it happend in my work shop a few years ago it was devastation
I wouldn’t be. The tap itself is lower than the lathe and right next to the door. The pressure washer only has water to it when I want it to. And I can hear if the pressure washer is running from outside so that prevents any real issue if the hose were to split. It’ll be perfectly fine.

I like your videos. But it's been a long time since you posted. Can you team up with Matt from diesel creek and do a repair video. ?
Hi Kevin, I post twice a month normally but I had one weeks off recently so I’ve only posted once this month. Back to normal again now.
Hopefully in the future we may sort something out Like that
Everything is good. All my best wishes to you.
So will you ever do a video repair something with Matt. ?
See Lord muck angling for a, free wash 💦😂🙏
A lot of people kill pressure washer pumps by not bleeding the air from the pump before running it.
i would put the hose reel lower than the power washer i had water leak out the hose rendered the power washer useless
It’s meant to be water resistant and I can tell right away if it’s leaking. It will either lose water or start surging as it’s re pressurising the system. Thanks for the comment 😊
