The Shanghai Watch Factory watches are pretty tough, works great after 50+ years and off by no more than 1 minute per week. All of this after the western watch makers left Communist China and during the upheaval of the Cultural Revolution. Says a lot about the resiliency and tenacity of the Chinese watch makers of that time.
