This is why I love watching your videos. The way you do them reminds me of the old days of TH-cam where you're just sharing information. You've probably helped hundreds of thousands of people with your simple techniques. Thank you!

I swear you guys are following me. My massage therapist spent so much time on my tight hip flexors today. I asked her for some tips or exercises on loosening them and she suggested you tube. And tada, Bob and Brad to the rescue.

If she suggested TH-cam and didn’t know herself to tell you go to another Therapist! Not all TH-cam information is good (Bob and Brad excepted, naturally).

Would you guys do a video on helping your hip flexors work better? Mine are very weak (although we cannot figure out why. I do have Ehlers-Danlos if that matters). The rest of my muscles in the region are fine.... Any points you could give would be great.

Much love and gratitude for you both. 🙏

I’ve been having trouble with this the last couple of weeks so this is funny you made this video, but I’ve had really bad pain and things through my right hip flexor every time I kick a ball in a punting action (a normal Aussie rules drop punt for us Australians)

My son is heavier and needs infa red light therapy and you mentioned the one on this video won’t penetrate too deep if your heavier , any recommendations for a red light heating pad for heavier person? He is a strong man competitor ?so he pretty much destroys his body every day even if careful.

Since I was young I've been able to stand in spot and pop or turn my femur in my hip(both sides can do this). Like you physically see it turn out and feel it if you lay your hand over it. Always assumed I had a double jointed hip but never asked a doctor, it has never caused me pain doing it or when it happens I'm 31 and can still just stand here and pop it out and in with ease..my feet and hip stay in place as the bone turns out
