That was incredible! Where did you get the spanish octopus? I'm sure it's from Galicia -- any good website? Or did it just happen to be at your fish market? Thanks man, your style will always be unique and refreshing!
Dumb question but why can't you just put the octopus in at once? Why did you have to curl it? Again I know it's dumb but I've never tried let alone cooked octopus before.
Yall wanted more long videos so heres a 10 minute one 😆
This video is way better than your crappy 30 sec vids

That looks delicious
at the first step (onions and garlic) i'd put tomato paste for the caramelization, it adds some kind of sugary taste to the birria

For the tortillas not being stiff, does that go for flour ones too?
Mmmmm
Loving this! If we want to use beef, do we just substitute the octopus for the appropriate beef cuts?
Couldn’t forget the flaky salt
What butcher board is that? I am looking for a good, sturdy cutting board under $60ish if anyone has recs.

That looks amazing, but quite a lot of ingredients for such a small plate of dish

Dumb question but why can't you just put the octopus in at once? Why did you have to curl it? Again I know it's dumb but I've never tried let alone cooked octopus before.
