Are you new to the Bible issue?
You may already know that there are people who believe the King James Bible is the inspired word of God. These "KJV-onlyists" are debated, mocked and scorned every single day in both real life and online by other Christians.
    Why is there a debate?
Why do so many versions of the Bible exist today? And why do some, such as myself, believe they are ungodly corruptions of His word?
I have a question for you that most will answer quickly, but not meditate on for more than 2 seconds: Is it too hard for God to perfectly preserve (through imperfect men) His words, as He said He would? Think about it. If God can INSPIRE His perfect word through men... why wouldn't He PRESERVE it as well?
The root of the problem is this: most Christians today are enamored by myths and unbiblical beliefs taught by scholars, such as:
    1. Only the originals were inspired by God
(The opposite is found in scripture)
    2. You must look at different translations to get a better understanding
    (Nowhere taught in the Bible)
    3. Translations can all be nicely placed on a scale of literal vs figurative
(Completely deceptive since modern versions don't even come from the same line of manuscripts as the King James Bible. Also, the Bible says God's WORDS- not MESSAGES - are very pure)
I encourage you to stop and consider why King James only advocates are so adamant about their belief in a perfectly pure and inspired Bible.
The strange thing is- King James Bible believers actually believe God when He says His words are pure, inspired, preserved and incorruptible.
But- those who mock KJB believers say they believe all those things as well, they just cannot show you or I any Bible in any language as the object of their so-called beliefs. Because they really don't believe God preserved his WORDS.
They believe they have textbooks that can help point them to the truth. We believe we HAVE THE TRUTH in our hands.
The serpent is subtil. And the first thing he does in the Bible (Genesis 3) is question and distort the word of God to mankind. He makes himself the textbook. He confuses you and attempts to cut you off from believing what God actually said.
May I suggest: he is still doing the same thing today. On a much larger scale.
Once you actually look at the differences in the text of the King James Bible (and all Bibles preceding it) vs the modern versions in stores today, only a fool would think newly translated Bibles are "better" because they are "easier to read." They don't even come close to each other in thousands of places. It becomes mass confusion, sometimes saying the complete opposite. And again, modern versions are NOT from the same line of manuscripts as the King James Bible. They are NOT the same bibles.
This video will open your eyes to see how many differences there really are. Using only one reference: 3.16
If you want a deeper study on this topic, I encourage you to watch the following Bible-study/documentary which shows how severe this issue really is: • THE WORDS OF GOD: KJB ...
Thank you for reading, and may the Lord bless you with all wisdom and spiritual understanding as you seek HIM over this matter. And may the Lord Jesus Christ receive all the glory for His perfect word.
Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. - John 15.3 KJB

They didn't really "remove" the name of YHWH, They substituted the name of God with the word Adonai according to Jewish custom. Apparently Jesus had no problem with that custom. Most people were aware of why it was done and had no problem.
In the English translations this translated into the English word "LORde" (Tyndale Bible) or LORD (KJV).
The name of Jesus is present in both translations, The idea that they removed The name of Jesus is a misconception.

Thank you brother for sharing these videos with me. My daughter is 16 and I am trying to teach her that the Bible is not just stories, but the actual Word of the Living God! I don't belong to a church. I have been living a lukewarm believers life and I am changing that. At her age, the world has many distractions and I am up against a lot, but greater is He that lives in me than he that lives in the world! Hallelujah!!!
Oh yeah, my daughter got a little tattoo and I was upset until she showed it to me. To my relief it was 777. I was full of mixed emotions. Anyways, I showed her a video of 777 in scripture. Hallelujah!!! She now knows the Bible is not just stories written by men. All Glory to God in Jesus Christ's mighty name!!!

Modern versions based on the nestle-aland/ubs text are corrupt.

    • @Silverheart1956
      @Silverheart1956 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Dear @@EdwinDekker71 , Hello !
The ESV, NIV, NASB, are not based on the Alexandrian manuscripts. In fact there are no English translations based on the Alexandrian manuscripts. The only Text Type priority NT Manuscripts that have a specific English translation based on them is the Textus Receptus The Majority Text and I think there is a translation based on the old Westcott and Hort Text. I am aware of Most modern translations are based on an Eclectic Greek Text (which is emphatically not an Alexandrian Priority text). The Eclectic Text is based on The Majority texts , The Alexandrian Texts, The Western Texts, Caesarean Texts and the Mixed Texts.
It is a KJV Only talking point, that the the Modern Translations of God's Word use the Alexandrian manuscripts as their source text, but this is a misconception.
It is also a misconceived KJV Only, talking point, that the Modern translations use a corrupt textual source.
The essence of the reasoning for this assertion is that
      1. The KJV is the perfect Word of God (a Philosophical Assumption) and uses a perfect textual source text (a false premise),
      2. The modern translations do not agree with the KJV, nor do their textual sources agree (their are disagreements between both the English translations and the text sources).
      3. Therefore the Modern translations and their Text sources are corrupt because they don't agree with the KJV and the KJV Text Sources (a false conclusion).
Result - Circular reasoning. The syllogism is invalid because premise # 1 in invalid; it is an assumption based upon presumed predetermined philosophical ideology.
No objeciive evidence is presented to conclude that these textual sources are corrupt other than unsupported assertions, ... and nearly all Christian Greek and Hebrew scholars disagree.
The KJV did come from a Greek Text (Basically The Textus Receptus) that used several Greek manuscripts from the Majority Text Family. However, the Textus Receptus is not an accurate representative of the Majority Text Manuscripts, since the manuscripts used for the Textus Receptus were of late origin and poor quality.
There are a couple of Greek Texts made from the Majority Text Manuscripts that better reflect the Majority Text Family, than the Textus Receptus. Those two are the Hodges & Farstad 1982 and Pierpont & Robinson 1991. There have been some English translations made on these Greek texts, and these English translations better reflect the Majority Text than the KJV does. Example: The World English Bible and the Majority Text Interlinear.
There are a great number of differences between the Majority text and the Textus Receptus. A complete list of differences between the Robinson-Pierpont Majority Text and the Scrivener Textus Receptus is listed here:
I have not counted them, but there may be over a thousand differences.
The Hodges-Farstad Majority Greek Text differs from the Textus Receptus in over 1005 places. Basically the Textus Receptus is an inferior representative of the Majority Text Family. If you want a true Majority Text Bible Translation, The World English Bible is a much better representative of the Majority Text than the KJV.
You said, "6000+ manuscripts that all agree in their reading."
I assume you are speaking of Greek Manuscripts. There are several problems with that assertion.
      1. Currently we do not have that many Greek manuscripts, even if we combine ALL the Greek Manuscripts of all the text families.
In other words, if we add up all the Greek Manuscripts from the the Majority texts , The Alexandrian texts, the Western texts, Caesarean texts and the Mixed texts, we still don't have 6,000 manuscripts.
Dr. Daniel Wallace, director of the "Center for the Study of New Testament Manuscripts" (CSNTM), just recently said it is hard to get an accurate count (for various reasons) but there are somewhere around 5860 Greek Manuscripts registered at the Institute for New Testament Textual Research at the University of Münster, Germany.
So it there are not 6,000 Greek manuscripts altogether, there are certainly not 6,000 Greek manuscripts in The Majority Text Family.
      2. "all agree in their reading".
This is a completely false and very naive statement. There are hundreds of variations among the various Majority text manuscripts. Of course, many may not be very significant variants, but to say they "all agree" is misleading and absurd ! You can use apparatus in the UBS5 to look up all the variations of the manuscripts in the Majority Text Manuscripts. That is what the textual apparatus is for.
You said, "Modern versions based on the nestle-aland/ubs text are corrupt."
That is a KJV Only talking point that is essentially a typically expressed opinion.
Someone could just as easily make the claim that the KJV is corrupt. However with the KJV, there would be sound evidence to support that claim because of the presence of many translation errors in the KJV where the text of the KJV does not accurately translate the Greek text of the Textus Receptus into English. Many of these translation errors are easy to find when one compares the text of the KJV against the Textus Receptus.
If you want examples of translation errors in the KJV, I would be happy to give you an example if you agree to give a response and evaluation of the error.

    Amen brother. Love these videos!
One other reason that the KJV uses "begotten" is because Israel is called God's first born son in Exodus:
Exo_4:22 And thou shalt say unto Pharaoh, Thus saith the LORD, Israel is my son, even my firstborn:
Exo_4:23 And I say unto thee, Let my son go, that he may serve me: and if thou refuse to let him go, behold, I will slay thy son, even thy firstborn.
So therefore Christ is God's only BEGOTTEN Son...
The false translations have a clear contradiction (as usual) by saying "His only Son".

      Dear @truthistheKJV, Hello !
How can the "infallible, inspired word of God" have translation errors ?
Actually the KJV is an English translation of the Word of God made by men who did make some mistakes in translation.
I refuse to accept that God made mistakes !!
During the 1600s The Conservative Christians refused to used the KJV preferring the Geneva Bible and they were willing to be persecuted by King James and the other Anglicans . This is why the Pilgrims left England and Kings James' persecution and the persecution of the Anglican Church. They did not agree with infant Baptism and and other doctrines of the Anglican Church. They went to America fro religious freedom from King James and they took there Geneva Bible with them refusing to bring the State produced, denominational Bible of the Anglican Church with them (the KJV).
Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Paul and the others did not write the KJV. The Holy Spirit moved them to write God's perfect Word. It was the Anglicans that made the KJV.

    • @Silverheart1956
      @Silverheart1956 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Dear @boldasalion6436,
The KJB was authorized by the head of the Anglican Church, King James of England,to be a revision of the Bishop's Bible, using the Hebrew (Masoretic Text) and Greek (Textus Receptus) of God's Word, to become the official Bible for use in the Anglican Church. Those Anglican Bishops did a good job for that day but there are problems in the text of the KJV. If anyone compares the text of the KJV against the text of the Greek Textus Receptus you will notice quite a few translation errors.
I think it is proper to recognize the work of these Anglicans in making the King James Translation of God's Word, But I certainly would not try to make such a comparison of the KJV with Jesus, because Jesus was perfect, but the KJV is not completely perfect.

The ONLY inerrant, infallible Word of God is JESUS. His Holy Spirit was sufficient for Noah, Moses, Daniel, Paul, John "the Revelator", etc. He hasn't changed for 6,000 years. There is NO reason we can't rely on the Holy Spirit for Wisdom and Understanding. But, satan doesn't want us to do that. Dear@@SlowoZycia. , Hello !! Thank you for the response !
You asked, "Can you name a few errors in translation, that you mentioned ?"
Sure, of course ! I will give you one and you read about it and Check Behind ME ! DON'T believe My words ! It is important fro you to check so you can see it on you own.
Then tell me what you think and I will give you another one. OK !
What I mean by Translation Error
When the text of a translation does not accurately reflect and translate the meaning or literal words, used in the source text.
In this case, the Texts Receptus was used as the primary Greek source text of the NT, to translate the NT into the English text of the KJV.
      Gal. 2:21c says"
" ἄρα Χριστὸς δωρεὰν ἀπέθανεν". (Textus Receptus)
Then Christ needlessly died (Literal translation of each word)
      Other English Translations
"then Christ dyed in vayne." (Tyndale Bible)
"then Christ dyed without a cause." (Geneva Bible)
"then Christe is dead in vayne. (Bishop's Bible)
"then Christ is dead in vain." (KJV)
      "then Christ died needlessly". (NASB)
      "Christ died for nothing!”" (NIV)
"then Christ died in vain.” (NKJV)
"then Christ died for no purpose." (ESV)
The issue in this verse is that the Greek verb " ἀποθνῄσκω" (to die) is in the Aorist Past tense in the Texts Receptus, therefore it is necessary to translate the word with the appropriate English word in the past tense in order for it to be an accurate translation of the Greek text.
Of the translations listed above, the KJV, and it predecessor English source text, the Bishop's Bible have translated this Greek verb using the wrong tense. Both of these use the present tense which is not only a translation error, but also changes the meaning in such a way that induces a theological error - Christ is emphatically, NO DEAD ! As Christians we agree that Christ "died", but Christians universally reject the idea that Jesus "is dead", We affirm that Jesus was resurrected !
Translating this verb in the present tense also creates an internal contradiction within the text of the KJV, because there are many places where the KJV affirms the resurrection of Jesus, but because of this translation error in Gal. 2:21c, it contradicts the verses where the KJV rightfully affirms the resurrection.
In defense of the Textus Receptus, the Textus Receptus is in agreement with EVERY Greek manuscript of Galatians we know of, so we have very strong certainty that in God's Word, God said "died"
Bottom Line: Translators do not have the right or authority to change the specific text that "God breathed out" (2 Tim 3:16), including verb tenses, particularly when it changes the meaning of the text, violates primary theological truths and induces contradictions in the Biblical Texts.
This is only one of the many translation errors in the text of the KJV.
We measure the accuracy and validity of Man's Translations against the Word of God.
      Be Well, DZ

Someone wanted me to watch this video, but right at the beginning the video makes such a mistake, that I could see the creator of the video does not know much about the Scriptures.
He goes to 1 John 3:16 and makes the claim that the other translations are wrong because they are leaving out the deity of Jesus Christ, because they leave out the words "of God".
I guess he does not understand why those words are in italicize in the KJV (I suppose he never read the preface of the KJV).
Read the translation notes so you will not make such foolish mistakes. You will usually find this in the first pages of your KJV Bible (unless it is a cheap, cost cutting printing of the KJV).
Italicized words in the Text of the KJV are interpolations, words that were not in the original documents but were added to the English text. The translators Italicized these words so the reader will know that they are not literally in the text of God's Word.
Most of these words are added to the text of the KJV to make better grammatical and contextual sense in English, but it is important to understand those words are not actually in the Greek (and Hebrew) text of God's word
I though everyone who read the KJV knew this. I learned that in my middle school Sunday School class.
Apparently the creator of the video has very little understanding of the KJV. Teachers should be competent and knowledgable about the subject matter they are teaching !!!
If you the one who watches this video did not know this then you are probably not very familiar with the history of translation of the KJV.
All the translations that he showed that did not have the words "of God", are actually a more literal, and accurate, word for word translation, of God's Word.

But when I look at the King James rendition of that verse I see that "of God" is italicized, indicating that those words were inserted by the translators and not present in the original greek. Cross referencing with an interlinear shows the same thing.. so to fault other translations for not including those words doesn't make sense...

If all the Bibles were the same, they wouldn't have produced. One is all that would be needed.
    1. For a new translation to come forth, it must be at least 10% different from the original and all other Bibles.
    2. Since 1965, there has been at least 70 modern translations. Imagine the difference each must be not to infringe on another's copyrights.
    3. All modern translatons are based from the Alexandrian Texts and Westcott and Hort's "revision" of the Greek New Testament. (Both were secret occultists.)
    4. Many are from Nestle and Eland's Graece Novum Testamum, which is now on its 27th revison.
    5. The Codices Sinaiticus and Vaticanus, presumably written by the same scribes at the same time, do not agree over 3000 times in the gospels alone.
    6. Westcott and Hort made over 8000 changes to their "revision" of the New Testament. Why?
6a. They denied the atonement of Christ at Calvary.
6b. They denied miracles and healings.
6c. They hated the Textus Receptus and King James, admitting they never really studied it.
    6d. They were critical textualists.
I truly believe all these translations causes confusion and dumbs down the gospel. I am not against the intention fo these many modern scholars. I believe they have been duped into believing "older is better". What makes it worse is why God would keep His "true Word" buried in archives for a thousand years, denying those Christians the truth?
    He didn't.
The devil is subtle. Hath God said was used in the garden and it is used today.

I'm loving these videos lately. But the John 3:16 verse, the word "begotten." I know a lot of people use that against Jesus and say it means he was a created being. And I only learned this a few months ago, but apparently the Greek word "monogenes" was translated into English as "begotten." But the word monogenes in Greek means "one and only" or "one of a kind." So the translations that say "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son" I think actually have it right. We are all God's sons and daughters by adoption, but Jesus is truly God's one and only Son.

ONE OF THE TRANSLATION ERRORS IN THE KJV
I firmly believe we should not change God's Word, So when the KJV changes God's Word I will speak out for God's Truth !
What I mean by "Translation Error"
When the text of a translation does not accurately reflect and translate the meaning or literal words, used in the source text.
In this case, the Texts Receptus was used as the primary Greek source text of the NT of the KJV, to translate the NT into the English text of the KJV.
    Gal.
    Be Well, DZ

1 John 5:7b in in very few Greek Manuscripts and the ones it is in are late manuscripts of poor quality. 1 John 5:7b is not an authentic part of God's Word, it was added at a later time Under the influence of the Roman Catholics.

    How about Titus 2:13 KJV Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
    but compare virtually EVERY OTHER version;
waiting for our blessed hope, the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ,
Jesus is called God in the ESV, NIV, NKJV.. but the KJV removes Jesus' deity! And it's not the only place where this happens! But the KJV-onliers always quote the verses THEY want to promote.

Romans 10:1 Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved.
2 For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge.
3 For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.
4 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.
Hebrews 1: God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,
    2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;
Hebrews 1:8 But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.
No one can be saved by observing the law.

    **Please Read this and consider:
One of the greatest travesties of all time is the Translators (including in the KJV) removing the name of the Father YHWH/Yahuah and the son Yeshua...
They replace the name YHWH for lord and Elohim with God
Elohim (god) can refer to YHWH (the Father), Yeshua/Jesus (the Son), angels, or even human rulers as is simply means mighty one.
So, yes, Yehsua/Jesus is God or Elohim, because he is the Son of YHWH...But Yeshua(the son) is not YHWH (the father) He was brought forth from the father and is perfect just like his father.
Consider the term diety is similarity with Royalty. If YHWH is the King and Yeshua is his son (a prince) then of course the son is also known as Royalty
In the same manner Yehsua/Jesus is also diety as he is the son of the Almighty God/Elohim
Take scriptures for what they are, but do not try to conform them to a man made trinity doctrine... it is not biblical and Yeshua himself, of whom we are disciples did not teach this. He is serving the will of his father and even now is serving as our high priest, our mediator between the Almighty God (YHWH) and his creation.

Most modern bible versions (like ESV, NIV, NASB, etc) are based on the Alexandrian manuscripts (less then 50 manuscripts, mainly codex Vaticanus and codex Sinaiticus) that alter and omit many verses and even contradict each other. The AV/KJV however, is based on the traditional majority text from Antioch; 6000+ manuscripts that all agree in their reading.
Modern versions based on the nestle-aland/ubs text are corrupt.

One set of scriptures badly translated in the NIV and many other translations is Daniel 3:18.
Daniel 3:17 of the KJB it says, "If it be so" then verse 18 begins with, "But if not". The NIV's translation of verse 18 says, "But even if HE does not,.."
"But if not," as translated by the KJB is not saying, if God does not deliver us, it is saying, even if you don't throw us into the fiery furnace, we won't worship you!
It's awful that whole doctrines have been made around this mistranslation of this verse!!!
I have a video on my channel that goes into this more in depth called, "An Urgent Message For the Body of Christ!," if anyone is interested 😊❣️

      Dear @@kjvbiblebelievertal7431 , Hello !
Rather than trading claims and assertions, and making listening to KJV Only Supporters make up doctrines and philosophizing it is probably best to look at the facts.
As they say, "The Proof in in the Pudding" !!
Or as more crudely said (no offense intended), "shut up and put up "
So I will shut up and put up.
Here is one of the errors that you claim does not exist.
      Gal.
Do you want to see some more translation error in the KJV.
