Invisible to the point that these animators aren't even named. Only thanked in a list at the end of the video. It reflects how badly they are treated. Some directors or actors like Andy Serkis minimizing their work. Or making it sound like it's easy. Animators work so hard, long hours, overtime often underpaid. They are interchangeable and often laid off between projects to cut costs. They usually are nomads going from studios to studios and countries to countries in order to find work. Especially in VFX. This video makes it sounds all nice and jolly but studios will happily get rid of them the day AI is able to do their work. Because studios only care about money, not art and talent. This is the reality of the world.
