4 Wheeling Weekend With T.S.E. Trail Side Engineering Jeep Club at Appleton Off Road Vehicle Park June 2009 Appleton Minnesota. www.trailsideengineering.com
Watching you crawl over those concrete drain tiles reminds me of wheeling here in the south. But we call the things we wheel over RoCks! lol Hey you wheel the terrain that you have in your part of the country, and most of all have fun doing it too!!! Soil looks quite sandy.
@ryanfloresflerr Chrysler Lebaron. I used some vents off a 80's Toyota truck cab. They're a lot smaller, but still let the heat out. I can still cut them out for the Lebaron vents when I find them cheap.
I Like the Walleye, Great fishing up there. Hey did you hear about the Fish Hatchery over in Wisconsin? Yep, they have successfully crossbred a Coho, a Walleye and a Musky. Supposed to be a great fighting game fish, they are calling it a Cowalski, They are going to release it once they teach it how to swim.
I didn't know anyone online had even heard of Appleton haha, I also didn't know the OHV park had trails for trucks, looks like its all man made? Definitely looks like Appleton though!
Great looking jeeps. I have to ask, though... did you shoot this video with a Motorola Razor flip phone? Also... not so much of the spin in and out effects on the pictures; it made me a little dizzy. I love a good wheelin' video but bad effects and quality can ruin even the best of em'.
I didnt see any lift shackles on any of the cherokees. Is that blue 1 sitting at 4 or 4.5? And the yellow? I am going to lift my xj some more this summer and i am deciding i dont want to use lift shackle with my 5" of lift. I would guess front and rear lockers in both?
That was like not mudding at all My four wheeler with only 27's could go through that in two wheel drive all day When you have a video of them truly down in the mud I will like it not dislike
people should be less cautious. I feel like half the time people get stuck is because they aren't moving quickly enough when hitting the rocks. anyone who has done Enduro racing knows you hit boulders at higher speed so your bike tires won't be wedged in between them. bounce across the top, if something breaks it needed to be replaced anyways.
Love this Video....All the xj's . I am RG i own a 1999 Cherokee Sport new up-country package rear springs . 1.75 front spring spacers . 68,000 on motor. What tires should I put on this, 30's ?
well if im going to be running a lot on the highway i don't see the point of chewing up a nice $800 set of mud terrains when i have the stockers sitting here
And i didnt build mine cheap. Lol. Skyjacker 8 inch doubleflex lift, 35's from cooper, and mickey tompson classic 2's just for starters. Bushwacker flares, detroit locker in a dana 44 rear axle with disk brake conversion and chromoly 30 spline shafts. High pinion dana 30 front with limited slip and 27 spline chromoly shafts. Slip yoke eliminator. Roof rack. Winch rear mount cables. CB radio. Highlift jack, tools, and warn mid weight winch kit. Plenty more to list. But you get the idea. Check my videos. I have to make a new one since i installed more.
Smh. You people act like it costs you an arm and a leg to lift a Cherokee. Lol. You can get at least! 4 inches of lift on the rear with "Rough Country: Jeep shackle relocation kit" and a set of 2 inch longer shackles for around 2 or $300. Front, just buy coils off a junk grand cherokee from a junkyard and spacers. 1/2 inch from the coil and 2 from the spacer. Or buy new longer coils 4 inches longer to match the rear. Extend the brake lines. Buy used wheels off even a ranger. 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern and buy used tires. Around $600 for 4 inch lift and 33's. Cut fenders and you can run 34's.
A lift doesn't make the jeep. I've got about 26" of flex on the front axle with a 4.5" zone lift and clearing 33's on my XJ. It doesn't make it a good rig though. New tires are gonna run me $1250. Not to mention about $2k in lockers. So yeah, a Jeep is cheap to lift in general. But so is any solid axle truck. IFS is expensive. A good Cherokee on the other hand, is not inexpensive if you want something capable. And no, used tires are fucking retarded...
not from my experience with them stock they are no better than any other 4x4 other than the fact there is way more aftermarket parts for them to upgrade
Big lift+smaller tires=FLEX ROOM I've got a 4" lift but there's no way I'm gonna fit 33s AND be able to flex. If it concerns you this much, buy these people properly sized tires. If not, quit your bitching.
ever heard of money maybe they cant afford big tires. i hate douche bags who hate on shit when they dont even have anything near as good as what they are hating on :)

Cool video man. I gotta go check it out since im in Mn. I don't have a Jeep though, got a 94 Trooper
looks like a good time was had by all.
Comanche looks good with that custom box, and roll cage.
I didn't know anyone online had even heard of Appleton haha, I also didn't know the OHV park had trails for trucks, looks like its all man made? Definitely looks like Appleton though!
sometimes lack of money requires you to keep stock tires for a while. Been there done that.

And you know bigger tires and more lift would help
Maybe even putting a stall would help you a tad bit if you are scared to put big tires
awesome video
cool video need to come out to colorado and check out the trails out here.
you do know running the biggest tires arnt always the best, i rather have tires that i can tuck and get the most out of my flex than big tires
very good this video,in special yelow submarine.
XJs all the way. Awesome stuff.
alot of times people do it so they get good articulation on rocks and what not.

thats me XD i cant afford tires at the moment, got a set of 235 75r15 on a 3.5 in rubicon express...fml getting 31's asap
That was like not mudding at all

The red cherokee, what size tires? 32's or 33's?
Also what about the blue cherokee?
the only reason to do that is if you're saving for the bigger tires.
6;35.Thats every 4x4,er at the end of a good day of stomping and slinging.Hehehehe...thats funny and truthfull man right on,,, so right on.
put 38.5 boggers on a 91 cherokee limited with 6 inch skyjacker lift (lots of cutting)
I would seal my vehicle up before challanging any water crossings. Muddy water pouring into the interrior not my idea of fun! Lol

"let me just go deeper without a snorkel"
at 3:45, how did he not hydro lock it?!?!?!
Wash,rinse,repeat.....Eeehhhehehe...that is funny dude.Ehehehe,,,right on man
i biggest i can fit are 32's with trimming lol, ill need a 2 thousand dollar lift to throw 35s on it
well if im going to be running a lot on the highway i don't see the point of chewing up a nice $800 set of mud terrains when i have the stockers sitting here
I hydro-locked my engine in deep water. I was good you backed out.
If Eugene drove a diesel he could have just driven through that.
Check out how capable my 2015 SR5 4runner is off road = '2015 Toyota 4runner at widowmaker". Enjoy..

rode* and no it didn't. Bilstein 5100 shocks all the way around and a shackle relocation kit. It rode better than my lifted WJ does now.
Prepare now or repair later, lol. Love it. I wheel with so many spare parts it's not even funny. Check my channel to see why.
Hey

XJs rock, nice video, check out my snorkeling adventure on my channel, Cheers

in fact id put my 2 last imports I had up against any stock jeep
Chris Henson hehe, you must not know how to handle a stock jeep
ok, i am sure you are convened that a jeep sucks when millions of other people all over the world love them.. so who has their head suck up their ass?
So im a douchebag for running snow tires on my lifted daily driver?
