Yeah it's so uplifting innit 🙏❤️❤️
N’Joi this is a particular favourite, absolute classic!!! Pure rush 😃😃😃
Yeah it's so good 😎
This has got to be one of the best sets I have heard on the internet
Ah mate...I'm glad you enjoyed it 👊❤️
The last rave i went to was new years eve of 1993. Things had changed , the scene I knew had changed and me and my friends had changed . I'm kinda sad i no longer went along but I had had a heluva time from 89 onwards .
I dont recognise alot of these tunes but know the root from where they came from and can appreciate them . Great Mix enjoyed it 👍
Thanks for sharing 👊
Yeah it was a big combination at that time of the scene changing quickly...and at a time in life (late teens - early 20:s) where we were all changing quickly hey.
Glad you enjoyed it 🙏❤️
Probably my fave year for tunes. Respect Jake 👊🏻
Me too I think on balance 👊
Can't comment. Am in the zone! 93!! COME ON!! ❤️👊
Ha 😆 enjoy Jason
Yeah man great mix and selection 91-93 best years for me ☝️
Cheers 👊
Yeah such a huge wealth of incredible tunes from those 3 years ❤️
Never heard that re-working of djs unite at the end, its great nice one
Good innit 😎
Wow the first tune is epic
❤️😎
Thanks for putting the time and effort into these mixes, great to listen to 👍
👊❤️
Pure quality 🙌
👊❤️
Superb Jake - great mixing and tunes!
Thanks mate...glad you enjoyed 👊
Jake. You sir can mix! So precise, dropping in and out in all the right places, seamless. It enhances the enjoyment of the tune selection so much. Top job
Thank you mate 🙏❤️
Ramos into untouchables was delightful!
😍 yeah when it's thrown in at that point, it's cool with the timing of the little scratched "like this" on the Ramos track, just before chopping over to that first N'joi piano sample 🙏😊
@rave-vinyl-reminiscence completely agree. Two of the best tunes from 93. Axis or dark age goes nicely with untouchables as well....Happy to dark in one leap!
@@robinwinfield.6840 Yeah nice 😎
93 goodness all the way, wicked!
😊👊
Ez Jake big up mate. Wicked mix, any chance of sorting out time stamps in your mixes? Nice one
Thanks mate.
Yeah leave that with me...I'll get on it 👊
Done mate...
Any issues let me know please 👊
Quality work Jake 👏 👌 Still trying to get myself a reasonable priced decent copy of untouchables
Yeah good luck mate 👍
It's definitely worth pushing the boat as far out as you can for one.
I can confirm it’s a hefty price on discos £174.99 ouch
Ouch 🤕
Good mix and good selections. Many thanks.
Cheers 👊
Lemon d toxic ep is awesome 🤘😎🤘
Yeah it's a blinder 👍
The year Darkside appeared and stuck two fingers up to the commercial producers trying to rip the scene off with Cheesy imitation Happy Hardcore.
I’m also suspecting this pushed the scene more towards a different sound ie melodic futuristic drum n bass and bass heavy, sample influenced Jungle.
I still recall The Dark Stranger (Andy C Ram Record’s) Valley of the Shadows (Origin Unknown) and that “F&£king Voodoo Magic Man” the tune which took its sample from Predator 2
Yes mate...agreed 👍
Some of the finest and most sophisticated, classy tracks came out in this year, in that very direction of counter-cheese you mentioned there.
Ooooooft the last 12 minutes of this 😮😳😜😵💫🫨
Yeah how great is that Untouchables track 🙏😊❤️
That Equazion tune at the end is actually E-Creation, not Cyberflux. It prompted DJ Seduction to sample Bass X's 'Hardcore Disco' on his track 'Disco Hardcore' as revenge :D
There is also E-Creation '94 (th-cam.com/video/Hd4iMJd8i2w/w-d-xo.html) and 95 (th-cam.com/video/FrMWluaBlpc/w-d-xo.html) which I suspect you like a lot less :D
Yeah you're totally right mate...
that's a balls up on my behalf on the title in this full mix video.
I listed it as E-Creation in the 93 episode.
My bad 👊
Honestly mate...it doesn't matter how many times I check everything over, mistakes still creep though the net 😆
I need a P.A 😂
@@rave-vinyl-reminiscence To err is to be human :D
@@ians691 Very true sir 😊
Are you a fan of the techno that gave birth to rave as we know it? I’m talking T99 and earlier ❤
Hi mate.
Well I own T99's Anasthasia...but that's a total classic. I have some Beltram stuff...and Outlander...but that's as early as I have really.
Any particular recommendations?
Pre 93.. Acid warehouse day's, 88, 89 and 90. A guy called Gerald - voodoo ray. And Joey Beltram - energy flash, and Mantasm. 👍
@@djmastergroove946 Yeah Energy Flash is in my collection 👍
Metal Heads - 'Knowledge' was a 92 tune
Yes mate...I realised that after..my bad 👊
@@rave-vinyl-reminiscence it does sort of work with the other stuff you've included, so it ain't that bad!!
@@rave-vinyl-reminiscence Also, if you're interested??, maybe have a listen to a couple of the 93 mixes on my channel. The following 2 are all 93 stuff (I'm 99.99% sure of that):

Also, if you're interested, have a look at my channel. There's a load of other mixes on there. There are a few that are just from a single year, while a lot of them are spread over 2 or more years:

Hopefully, you'll find it worth spending a bit of time listening to some of them??

yeah...cheers... but it drives me nuts when I make a schoolboy error like that 🫨
What ya gonna do 🤷 ...it's gonna happen sometimes I guess.
