    Plate freezers also called contact freezers. Basically it's used for block frozen stuff with metal trays.

    I have a question about defrosting , can we use reversing valve to defrost like air conditioning? inverting the cycle.

      Hi, Thank you for your comment. Yes, it is possible to use a reversing valve as this would add heat into the evaporator. Hope this was helpful :-)
