For us in the west, this is such an amazing experience if we ever get the chance! Thali or banana leaf, and eating with the hand is so beautifully in tune with such wonderful food!
Since the workers are so very hard working the ambience and atmosphere in the kitchen should be very pleasant. There must be some light instrumental music in the background for them to relax and the kitchen temperature should be airconditioned as much as possible Also there must be a changing room, shower and resting room with T.V. for them to take a break whenever needed.

Go to Pioneer Blvd., Artesia, CA in LA area or Devon St. Chicago and your will get many much more hygienic restaurants than this one serving the same Gujarati food and many other restaurants offering other India cuisines - North, South, Marathi etc.

This all looks good. When you do theses types of video please ask staff to use gloves or spoons to dish out food. Professionally it does not look good when people are putting hands in the food for dishing out food. Before covid19 it was ok. Now it is very dangerous. Just a professional advise.
