I am from Goa, and I have always loved Gujarati Thalis.
Thali was my favorite meal to have in India, because I get to have a variety of things all at once, and it was quite healthy with veggie and beans. Even today in Canada I will get Thali if restaurant offers.

Yes.I ate Gujrathi thali somany times when l was employed in South Gujarat for few years.Really delicious.
Since the workers are so very hard working the ambience and atmosphere in the kitchen should be very pleasant. There must be some light instrumental music in the background for them to relax and the kitchen temperature should be airconditioned as much as possible Also there must be a changing room, shower and resting room with T.V. for them to take a break whenever needed.
All the points u mentioned ..i was thinking on the same lines n should be implemented in all hotels for the working staff🙏

I wish to have this food and enjoy. I don’t find any Indian restaurant in USA serving such meal. It is great.
Go to Pioneer Blvd., Artesia, CA in LA area or Devon St. Chicago and your will get many much more hygienic restaurants than this one serving the same Gujarati food and many other restaurants offering other India cuisines - North, South, Marathi etc.

Everything is really good… As a best practice all who work in hotel should be trained to use gloves….
the 5 fingers of our hands represents 5 most important elements of the universe. Fire, Wind, Ether, Water and Earth. It is very important to touch the food with bare hands while cooking it to charge the food. As per Ayurveda, the food charged with these 5 elements gets all the needed properties in it. What you really need is just keep hands clean while cooking, no need gloves.
Then, you must also eat food, wearing gloves.. Hahaha
If you use gloves, the frequency nullified from body to food.Some good bacteria not in fermentation and body not gets immunised and no resistance develops. EXAMPLE WEST GETS SEVERELY AFFECTED BY CORONA

Indian Vegetarian food is incredibly tasty . When I turned vegetarian earlier this year , it was the yummy flavor on the Indian vegetarian fare that helped me fight the desperate urge to eat non vegetarian food. This all looks good. When you do theses types of video please ask staff to use gloves or spoons to dish out food. Professionally it does not look good when people are putting hands in the food for dishing out food. Before covid19 it was ok. Now it is very dangerous. Just a professional advise.

There are many Dining hotel in Gujarat who sell thali. THEIR PRICES are 150Rs to 700Rs depend on what items they serve and service styles,some have a limit for sweey dishesh ,mostly all above 250Rs thali are unlimited items.and have atleast 2 sweet,2 savory, 2-3 curry, rice ,daal, kadhi, papadam ,buttermilk,slaads amd pickels.Higher you pay items and verites are increaresed.And Mostly Thali dining hotels are vegitarian or vegan frendly items.There are few non vegitariam too but very few compare to Vegitarian.if you compare it in american doller it cost only 4US$ to 10US$ for unlimited thali.$US2 to $US4 thali have limited menu with less items
