I grew up in a town called Mattoon, Illinois….. 18,000 people when I was born, 19,000 people when I moved to Alabama…, 32 years later…! Living in the middle of the cornfields, there are nothing but motorcycles my grandparents live next-door to a motorcycle shop. The owner was an old flat track racer name Harlo Griffith….. He had a 😊shop that sold mostly British or European motorcycles bikes…. BSA,TRIUMPH,NORTON ,you Know them all… both of my parents rode and my grandpa had a small motorcycle. She also , I guess I started riding when I was nine or 10 years old ….❤️ I don’t know how many times I got to see state, fairs, and carnivals coming through my hometown that had the wall of death….❤️🛵😈☠️ I turned 70 years old last Thursday and still have three old motorcycles in the garage , that get ridden every week…! I love this story because it takes me back to a better time …❤️ to a simple time, and an always exciting time in my life….!
I saw one of these wall rides as a kid at a county fair in NE Kansas waaaaaaaaaay back in the early 70s no women at the time (unfortunately) however my friends and said for weeks after "those guys had balls of STEEL" also those old Indians are BAD ASS 😊
