When I'm in school ,I used to watch motorbike show of henry Cole on discovery turbo where first time i see ken fox and his team the famous wall of death riders. I heard that they were one of the oldest that fascinates me & so furious to watch them. Afterwards I followed them on instagram
Good video of a truly amazing spectacle. Anyone who hasn't seen this in person, really should. As the guys say, seeing it first hand (the sounds, the smell, the shaking of the Wall) is an unforgettable experience. Quite the privilege to document these characters and their craft.
I saw the wall of death in the 1960s at our local ag show. The whole rotunda was moving about with the weight of the bikes. Same type of performance. Later years we got to see the globe of death. Real skill. Never forgotten it... Wow.
Had the great pleasure of watching you all at Malpas Yesteryear rally today . It really is the best experience seeing you live . First time i saw the wall of death i was just in my teens. Now at 63 it feels just like it was yesterday. Thankyou for putting on a fab show you made my day .Rich from the Wirral.
One of my favourite memories is being taken to the fair on midsummer common in Cambridge in the 1960s , by my dad. I must have been 8 or 9 . As we climbed up the outside of this 'thing' the noise was terrifying and then my dad picked me up so I could see down inside . The smell the smoke and the noise ! And inside in the midst of all the cacophony, a man that looked like some madman pirate, circling around and around , his bike making the air thrash around my head . It was the first time my senses were all overloaded . It struck me dumb, I was in a trance after that. Frightened and enthralled , I had never seen or felt anything so extraordinary . We lived in a little village , my dad was much older than other dads and he was reserved and very small c conservative . And he had wanted me to experience this ? I was changed from that day. I love the wall .
I've watched this show from the top. The Fox family really do put on a great show, you can feel the whole structure move as they speed around. Great interviews and a quality production 👌
Dedicated .....absolutely a wonderful troupe all pull together to put on a wonderfull show. Ken took my Daughter on the wall on the handlebars of his Indian ❤ a very proud Dad i was indeed watching at the Great Dorset Steam Fair. Always a pleasure to visit the "Fox Wall" and get a fresh T - Shirt as well 👍😎👍 keep it going Gang you know who we are 👌😉🤩👌❤❤❤
I saw the Fox outfit at the Bham NEC in 2007(?) and it was quite a thrill. Have seen a couple of different outfits here in the States since and they are all amazing riders, bikes and spectacles....Few walk the walk in truer fashion...If you ever have a chance to see a show, don't miss it. A thrilling bit of moto history and genuine hero riders. Not to be missed...
This is a definite must see !!! We held dollars for the riders to try to grab out of hands...highly, highly recommended ! Wonder if they've been on America's Got Talent ...
I can remember helping Graham Cripsey with his Wall Of Death for a week back in the 1990's, build up the wall, being a motorcycle mechanic look after the bikes, fuel, oil and everything safe then during the show I worked the gallery which included the drop, end of the week tear down and load everything back onto the truck, no cranes back then with this wall which I haven't seen in use for years now.
I first saw a Wall of Death at the Florida State Fair in Tampa in the 60s. I just checked the American Motordrome schedule and they are still doing that show.
I remember seeing a Wall of Death on the NSW central coast in the late seventies From memory they were using BSA's from the 1930's I've always said a Wall or Globe of Death complete with vintage bikes would be the ultimate motorcycle collectable
Anche in Italia girava una troupe di acrobati nei luna park era uno spettacolo fantastico alla fine giravano al buio era emozionante ora é stdto purtroppo soppiantato da giostre tecnologiche ed é un vero peccato
I saw you riding in the hague (netherlands)with Hennie Kroeze still great to see Hennie is ritered now. Some guys buy his wall. I waan Come sometimes to your show.I am a formeren rider of the wall when i see the video's i smell the indians.see you and good luck to you all
I think BALL'S of steel is the statement that sums it up very well. 🤟😎
"Are you afraid of dying?" "No, but I broke a nail once." Priceless 😍

Yes! Feeling the wall heave is such an exciting part of the show, really adds to the drama!
Huge fan of Wall of Death and huge respect to all the drivers. It is fairly common in India and I am a regular at most events.

The wall of death is cool as hell!!😎
Crazy how it's almost exactly the same as the American one. Building looked identical, bikes are pretty much the same as well.
