Hmm it depends. It's either your Yinlin doing more dmg or passing it on to Xiangli Yao. If you plan on investing into Yinlin properly, I'd suggest going for the electro set, you can easily get +40% electro dmg bonus that way. On the other hand, if you don't want to over invest, the moonlit is probably a better choice
It depends. I can't say 100% for certain as I haven't built Yuanwu, but: 1) Mortefi is a better "overall" unit (especially for Jiyan) and worth the investment when it comes to sequences. S4 gives him +7 seconds of ult time, and S6 - party wide 20% ATK buff. 2) Yuanwu is a very good option for Jinhsi because he requires very minimal field time and doesn't need sequences to function properly. However he doesn't do much dmg, nor provides dmg buffs. So I'd say, if you have sequences for Mortefi (at least 4, recommended, otherwise his ult lasts almost half the time) or if you also have Jiyan, go for Mortefi. Otherwise, Yuanwu can work great for filling up Jinhsi forte with minimal field time and investment. Hope that helps
Try losing 27 consecutive 5050's over the course of 7 accounts and 3 months worth of non stop grinding and then tell me that TOA is easy as a day 1 player. The sheer level of either luck, money or more luck necessary for this account is unreasonable of someone of average luck and or f2p. Get8ng jiyans wep, yinlin, yinlin's wep ( prob only one because ypu can share weps) in one patch even from a very genrous game like this is insane, not to mention geting chanhli and jinhsi, who were in back to back banners, and xiangliao's sig weapon on yop of that. Simply put, without financial investment or a ridculus amount of luck. This would noy be easy by any means. It wouldnt be hard per say but not easy. Despite that, cool runs. Also that 27 5050 losses in a row was true. They were all at max pity for both character and weapon( yes ik you are guaranteed the wep). My luck is utter trash and im practically begging to catch a break for camellya after losing and subsequent grinding for shorekeeper.
I see your point. I can agree that my luck has been quite good in this game. I am not fully f2p as I have bought the daily pass 2-3 times as well. I do believe however that even with pretty bad luck, as a day 1 play, you had plenty of time to farm good echoes and slills. And with weapons, if you can, picking up a guaranteed upgrade for multiple characters is huge. I did share Jiyan's and Yinlin's weapon which helped a lot. I mainly used this title, because I saw some people complaining that TOA is too hard and didn't want the devs to make it easier lol Best of luck for your Camellya pulls, hope your luck turns around!

Regardless of how good your echos or weapons are, they can not substitute for character in which the game is balanced around, i.e., the limited characters. Despite how generous the game is, it does not, in fact, give you 360 pulls a patch, and no one is expecting to. This is why luck or monetary value must be taken into account. To put into perspective, my xingliao, yinlin, and shorekeeper team is weaker than yours, not because of investment or echos, but because of stringmaster. That weapon on its own helps so much in the process of winning the left side that it effectively shaves 30 seconds of damage necessary to pass that floor. I do not have string master because I lost the 5050 at max pity and then had t9 go to max pity again to get yinlin, followed by saving for changli, forcing me to skip for jingsi because once again I lost at max pity and didn't get enough time to get to max pity again for jinhso banner. This is nothing against you, of course. Being lucky isn't a crime or anything, nor is your statement that TOA is easy false. But nuance in the fact that some of the things necessary for you to pass this TAO with "easy" is predicated on the duality of being lucky or unlucky and not based on skill or precognition. It's an important distinction to make because the difficulty of TAO isn't from the gameplay, but the dps sponges that the floors represent, something that can only be regulated by getting the necessary measures.
Yeah that's some rough luck. But what you mentioned last, is something I went over in my description. Saying that I'd like TOA to have some sort of twist when it comes to difficulty. Meaning I don't want it to be just a dps check but also a skill one
Im day 1 player f2p totaly, I won Jiyan at 1 pity after that low pity jingshi+weapon, changli+weapon, shorekeeper+weapon. and the first tower fallancy was so hard even for me! failed multiple times! you need luck also good amount of builds! this is so frustrating, they should make the side towers easier!!!
