Hello, When I plug it only red lights come on (usually it's green, orange and red) and it beeps. The led light board comes on but too dim. I don't see the motor rotate. What could the problem be, please? Thank you.
@@dan8220 Hi, The display lights, the ones that show the diffrent options on the control panel (heat, flame, model). They all come red now with the existing failure. After disassembling the unit, on the inside, I've noticed that the motor isn't rotating and the led lights baord (that reflects the flames) is too dim. Thanks.
Frank UNDERWOOD Check to see if the runner band is broken, and see if the rod is spinning. My issue was the light strip and the dimmer and stuff was malfunctioning because of the light bar
@@dan8220 Just tried that, the rod isn't spinning and the band is intact. Even tried to push the led lights like you did in the video but it doesn't seem to be the issue for me. I might need to go to an electrician as somebody told it could be something causing a low voltage. Sorry for troubling you and thanks for your help.

I’d call manufacturer and ask them. The would have probably a troubleshooting tech.
