Aaron does have a huge point when mentions his lack of recruitment due to where he's from. Most small rural towns have some talent that is never scouted only because most don't know how to get the proper exposure or it isn't usually a place where college coaches would go. If he had played high school ball in a bigger town things mightve been a little different but things ended up working out and look where he's at now. True definition of not letting where you're from define who you are or limit what you can become.

Terry Bradshaw held a HS javelin record for 10 years. Mahomes was a baseball pitcher. Rodgers pitches. Even RG3 ran track. College recruiters & NFL scouts don’t always look in the right places.
Back in the 70's there was a football recruiter for University of Oklahoma that went to the California High School State Track Championships and would ask the finishers in the 100 yard dash if they wanted to play football at OU.
