Bro, I don't think I ever get wrinkles in my blank newsprint paper when sublimating, but I keep mine in a tote when not in use, to prevent it from absorbing moisture. Do you keep yours out in the elements? Maybe that's your issue. Not sure.

Thank you. Could you tell me what fabric you are using here and where you are buying it? I’ve bought some from fisher and spandex warehouse but always looking for other suppliers and fabrics.
I just ordered the large format heat press you used on your videos. Can you show how you wired it up? Amazon was unclear on instructions.
I can not do that since is a safety hazard and I am not an electrician.

@@jameshall3814 yes I am however, I have outgrown it and now we are looking to get a bigger one maybe a drum roller heat press within six months or so
What's your seam allowance and what juki do u have
1/4 of an inch and I’m using a Juki 6814s

for sublimation paper I use 95GSM and for butcher paper I use 19 gsm or 40#

I learned that 400 degrees will scorch the shirt. But if you do 365 degrees, for 1 minute, using the lightest pressure, then add 15 seconds with an extra 1/4 turn on the pressure and the scorch lines will be removed.
