The texts in the drops gives the Enigma encoding gear configuration, caesar shifted 22 characters forward // 4 characters backwards, and plugboard configuration,:
Enigma M3, reflector: UKW B
Rotor configurations: rotor 1 = II, pos. 2, ring 2; rotor 2 = II, pos. 22, ring 22; rotor 3 = II, pos. 2, ring 2
Plugboard: bq cr di ej kw mt os px uz gh (all of these combinations are written in the NATO phonetic alphabet)
Given that the Enigma configuration is itself caesar shifted 22 characters, I tried undoing that to the "subtitle" text and then decode the Enigma code:

idk what Transendium is cooking but this might be hinting at something about Elyon...hmm 🤔
