I think it was Hera who once said that Mongols are hard-countered by a single basic unit, the camel. Same for basically any nomadic civ tbh, only the Tatars have fu heavy camels to keep up. I wish silk armor applied to them, it would be really fitting, as it is Tatars Hussars just outclass every other melee cav they habe including the Keshik.
I was right; what an epic battle! < Spoilers below > That trap at 20:21 was bloody epic. Hera deserved a standing ovation for that one IMO. Also, the extra hit points that the Mongols have isn't a great bonus because they're missing the last cav armor upgrade. They'd only last longer if they were fighting Leiciai (or any unit that ignores armor).
Hera is so good. The only thing I think he could have done was make Hussar to help with all the fights underneath castle fire and raid but I suppose that would have taken away a little bit from his castle push.
Hmm when the battle started it looks like he had 6 scouts (with 265 HP left) against 7 scouts + 4 archers and the spearmen he popped out kept getting sniped. Mr Yo did lose 5 scouts and an archer. I think if Hera's units were at full health, he could have taken that fight.
Tbh I never change the players' colours, nor do I have any special settings enabled. Whatever colours the players choose for themselves is how it shows up in my Capture Age. This often annoys Viper fans when he chooses to play non-yellow and I don't change his colour to yellow.
