Why does people downgrade gil so muchhhh.... It doesn't make sense that Zel can beat Gil. If zel losed majority of his power from crimson moon just by bringing a copy of the moon down, why in the hell can Zel stop a possible 7 turns full powered EA just like in SF novels. Remember that the first meeting of Enki and Gil in SF, the sheer amount of power of EA that was released was not even on the par of it being released in the Age of The Gods. Bringing the moon down in the Earth is a crazy feat, I know, but bringing someone to the ends of the galaxy is even crazier.(kiara) if crimson moon has one special move and its to bring the moon down, thats too weak especially with beings like kiara, solomon(destroying the planet and creating one), BB and etc. Zel is definitely on par with the gods but lower than most paragons in the fate series. Hecc gil told that if something or a concept exist THERE must be a way to counter it with his treasures for example his Ship of Light. So stopping a falling moon should be an easy task. He can even use his grails to possibly cut zel's connection with the root. I'm SO glad I am not the only one who wants a Satsuki route in tsukihime. She is a character so overshadowed by the heroines that she is almost ignored, yet she is almost as well written and well dipicted as Shirou Emiya.
Magus/Vampire potential are directly correlated. Some side material talks about how vampirism corrupts and inverts your origin and fate. This implies that had Sacchin not been bit, she would be a Magus of the ages, a treasure of the Clock Tower with a different RM, Mana Creation, i.e. infinite mana.
A fantastic first episode for a lore series that I can already tell will become one of the best, if not *the* best Type-Moon lore series out there, if for no other reason then simply because of the saddening lack of series that actually cover the whole Nasuverse rather than just Fate. I mean, Fate's awesome, but it's far from the only awesome series in Type-Moon. It's also very easy to tell how passionate you are about this, which makes it infinitely more enjoyable to watch. I can't wait for the next episode!
In advance I'll tell you that the next episode will be a very well known and popular Fate character just to potentially draw in more casual fans with something familiar with, but I'm glad you're enjoying it as much as I am making them and looking forward to it's potential. Yeah, I don't mind, the popular characters are great too. My love for a given character is neither strengthened nor hindered by their popularity. Besides, I don't think they would be as popular as they are if they were complete trash, and while it's fun to talk about obscure characters with fellow fans of said characters, if you're gonna preach to the choir you might as well try to bring in some new converts to preach to as well. And if all it would take to bring them in is to talk about some great characters that they already know of, I'm all for it; as Type-Moon characters, I would probably want to hear what you had to say about them anyway.

kind of a late answer but yeah I didnt know that she has a RM and while watching the video and heard of it instantly got the image of her last arc on melty blood. it was like "oooooh! so that was it!" it always looked weird to me but didnt pay to much attention to it since she was kind of an "incomplete" character regarding her abilities, in tsukihime and +disc only mention that she has potential but no much details regarding that but is good to know a little much about it. good work and hope to see more interesting characters in the future! hoping to see crimson moon or arc:earth or those freaking neko arcs that started like a degenerate joke of arcueid but now are more like an 4th wall breaker characters out of nowhere, yeah im looking at you fragments of chaldea >.>)!
Looking forward to watching this but life has conspired against me getting to see this like Type Moon conspires to deny us remake. Decided to just sit down to watch this and man it was great! I had no idea that Satsuki was on this scale in terms of power. Her appeal to me was entirely emotional and when she disappeared in Shiki’s arms I had to stop playing a little bit. A very strong first episode on hour part and I can’t wait to see what you fan teach me about the rest of the Nasuverse.
Rewatching this great video again hit me something there's going to a cross over story with Tsukihime and Fate Stay Night. And I have my reasons behind this and also about Satsuki on what info I may know of hit me figuring it out about her.
