PP Single Compartment Food Container Thermoforming Machine

The video shows the process of producing disposable lunch boxes using the HYX-7185 fully automatic 3-station thermoforming machine. The PP raw material required for this lunch box is heated from the roll to soften the material, and then is formed by positive and negative pressure through the 9 cavities mold, and cut to separate the final product from the material. Finally, the finished product required by the customer is stacked through the conveyor belt.
