We are pleased to announce the 14th KAKE International Japanese Speech Contest, an esteemed event that fosters cross-cultural understanding through language and education. Founded by Tsutomu Kake, this contest embodies our commitment to international exchange and appreciation of Japanese culture.

Theme: “The Japan I Know” (私の知っている日本/මම දන්නා ජපානය)
Speech Duration: Between 4 and 5 minutes
Application Deadline: June 30, 2024
Prizes: JPY 100,000 and a 2-year scholarship to Japan and more.
