Ken san, just a small point , in English we use the word 'Offal' to describe ' internal organs' which are sold as meat and used in cooking . ' Internal organs ' is more a medical expression. Your channel is excellent , your hard work is appreciated.

May I ask if at all possible, in the description section could you place a JLPT "N' level or between levels, example, "N5 to N2" ect. It's good to have a guide. similar to Shun San does on his channel. Thank you
