      Hi Patricia, thanks for asking. I think it's important to be aware of how your body reacts to certain foods. Also I'm not sure what tablets you're taking and I wouldn't be in a position to comment on them. It may be better to use the 'food' versions, as in add them to your food, instead of taking tablets.     My asthma is just getting worse because of inflammation. Don't know to take asthma medication or inflammation medicine
