2 medium eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp cornflour/ cornstarch
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Sweet and sour sauce:
4 bell peppers
2 medium onions
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Garlic
4 tbsp ketchup
4 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp ginger
1 tsp cornflour/ cornstarch
1/2 salt

That looks the best way to cook cauliflower. Sweet and sour is pretty much common dish among us Asian but mostly done with protein, using vegetable is a good idea. Happy cooking and sharing your recipe.
