I’m a beginner piano player and I just want to say that your tutorials are absolutely awesome. I hope one day you can cover Disney songs if possible (eg A Whole New World, Can You Feel The Love Tonight etc) because I imagine those songs will be so cool to play and sing along to. Keep up the amazing work!
Nate, I have seen many tutorials on TH-cam for Hey Jude but none I csn relate to. I think we need a version with the Nate touch. You have a gift for making easy to learn tutorials
Thank you so much for sharing this song I am a fan of Air Supply and thanks for the cords and lyrics you sent me I will follow your tutorials from now on Cheers.
Thank you for these lessons. I've gotten so much better. Please consider adding the unplugged version of take on me by aha. Your natural born teacher. Keep spreading the love!!!
Hi Nate, I recently stumbled upon your channel and I must say that I love the way you teach, it's quite easy for me to follow...currently, I am learning your version of "Imagine" by John Lennon, i'd say I am 40% through. I am already looking forward to what I'd love to learn next from you and it's "Now and Forever" by Air Supply...if you haven't yet done a tutorial on it, would you consider doing it?
Good video! I hope someday you can make a tutorial for “Best part of me” (Ed Sheeran) or “If I can dream” (Elvis Presley) both are awesome songs without tutorials here on TH-cam
A great choice Nate, I love it. Now I have too many on my list I haven't totally mastered, because I just want to keep trying everything all at once, lol! I'll get there though, thanks to you 🥰. -Joni (BTW- Your voice sounds especially great on this one 😊)
Haha I’m happy I keep enticing you to new tunes! And interesting you think my voice sounds especially good here-this is a bit high in my register and outside of my comfort zone so I was thinking it doesn’t sound it’s best, but maybe I need to embrace how I sound in this range…thanks for the kind words!
@@PianowithNate I wrote that before you commented about it in the video. I could tell it was the top of your range, but you always manage to pull it off and sound great. Maybe not Steve Perry or Freddie Mercury great😅, but really, really good. Embrace it!

Yes, definitely, in retrospect I should have. I was hesitant because in the past when I've done that it's been confusing for some: I've gotten some comments like "please do it in the original key, this is too low" when it's the right key I'm just singing an octave down haha.
@@PianowithNate Playing piano fans usually visit channels like yours for chord instructions, etc. Singing is always secondary. After all, it's a piano tutorial, not a singing lesson... And if someone has a good ear for music, they should be able to sing the melody better or worse from memory (when it's not played).
Hi! Here is the chords and lyrics chart. echocitymusic.activehosted.com/f/203 I dont have traditional sheet music for it, as I put it together by ear. That said, my version is pretty accurate to the original recording, so if you search for accompaniment sheet music for this song, I bet you'll find something pretty similar!
Here's a suggestion for a tutorial, Nate. What about Eric Carmen and Rachmaninoff's (Rach wrote the original score) "All By Myself"? Here's Eric singing it: th-cam.com/video/iN9CjAfo5n0/w-d-xo.html It was covered by Celine Dion as well. If you can teach it, we don't need that heavy solo part; that is already covered my someone else on YT.
I agree that's a great performance! However, my goal with this channel is to teach accessible arrangements to my beginner and intermediate audience, not teach note-for-note the most impressive version possible

I can't wait for Can You Feel The Love Tonight tutorial! It'd be awesome! ❤️
Who would have thought this classic would become a Nate tutorial? Thank you, Nate.

This is brilliant. Another great love song to do would be Romeo and Juliet by Dire Straits
Thanks! And I like that suggestion

Sir what about Jelous Guy by John Lenon tnx
Love this song! Will likely do it at some point
John Lennon had some amazing piano songs as a solo artist. Unfortunately, at my skill level at the moment I am not able to play any of them yet.
Do you have the piano score with the chords?

Nice lesson but please less talk.. and teach by melody..
Hi! Can you clarify what you mean by "teach by melody" ?
Left hand chords only and the right hand for rhythm...just like the intro...
Very poor..check the intro live in hongkong
