thanks for the videos it helped me get started. I was on the foiling in 5 minutes after getting in the water for the first time. Just got mine and its gen 2 and I was riding with my buddys Lift and its just as quiet plus no issues whatsoever. It was a little embarrassing for the Lift that day as the Lift's controller kept disconnecting so everyone rode my new Waydoo. I did remove the rear prop guard for the next time riding as the Lift doesnt use one and all it did was catch weeds. Heinz
Awesome mate! Thanks for watching and commenting! Yeah this was my very first test and very first video on the Waydoo (V1) back in summer 2020. I am still stoked with it everytime I go out (and I do almost everyday) now with the V2 and V3 mast. Waydoo made big improvements since last year it is very positive for all Waydoo owners 🔥🔥🔥

How fast are you able to go? And what's the range? Also if you don't mind me asking, how much do you weigh?
I have managed to reach 32kmph.. I rode it 65min non-stop and I weight around 70kg
Did it snap on the first ride? Mine did.
Nop and it still rides perfectly today after 10months.. Like my other 3 boards.

It depends on where you are located but it's around 6k€

Waydoo's False advertising - Currently only provides 18mph rather than the promised 25mph and some potentially catastrophic failures such as broken fuselages so front wing is lost while on the water. No certificate of origin so no way to register in California yet.
Yes! but it only affects a small percentage of the boards deployed so far. Most work perfectly and this one is a good example. The speed will quickly improved as an upgraded version is coming for January 2021. Defective parts are getting upgraded and replaced under warranty so, so far so good!
Keep in mind that it's a brand new actor on the market at more than half price than the 2 biggest brands. I took a bet on them because I know that if they want to remain in this market they have to make a reliable product. It is already and it will only get better.

@@90daystophoenix25 yeah a bad batch came out of the factory with bad alloy. They have all been taken under warranty (as far as I know) and the new models are reinforced and much more silent. I am testing one these days from the latest batch. Nobody got ripped off and things keeps improving. If you wanna spend 12k on a board you are free!
@@mikeb1039 motor is much more silent now. I am testing the latest version. This video is 7 months old and waydoo keeps improving very fast. Everyone is free to spend 12k on another brand.
