Thank you Paul! Idk why just noticed your message. What did you mean by "lots to think about"?

Can I ask how much you weigh? I am 230lbs and really like the price point of the Waydoo but am afraid I would only get 40 minutes or so of ride time. A lift representative said I would get approx 70 minutes on their new Lift3 board with my weight.

I am 155. I don't know how much minutes you would get (it also depends on the wing type) but I know the Waydoo battery is half price.. 😉

@@NEPTUNEFOIL - Thanks for the reply. It's a tough call. I wish I could ride each of them to compare before purchase. I am just afraid of pulling the plug on the Waydoo only to find out the battery only lasts 30 minutes with my big butt on it. Hahaha

@@JMGENTERPRISES I highly doubt it. More like 55-60min. I gave lessons all summer and had people about your weight several times for a full hour rental.

Can you give your thoughts on how the Lift and WFO compare? I know Lift is a great product, but is it twice as good as the WFO to justify twice the price?

Hey Ricardo! I am going to make a full review soon as we are going to meet again with Egon and ride the sea side. The Lift is the best board, no doubt about it it's a fantastic board. But as you mentionned the price tag isn't the same either. You can basically get 2 WFO for the cost of 1 Lift. Is it worth it? Well.. It depends on your budget and what you are looking for. I cannot say the riding experience is worth spending twice as much. Because on the WFO the fun and adrenaline is real. But it's like buying a sports luxury car vs a good car. Are you really going to drive to the speed that car can deliver? Most of efoilers will never ride above the speed that the WFO delivers. The great majority of Lift or Flite users never reach the top speeds that their board can reach. The lift is stiffer and extremely responsive. But the WFO is light as well and with a little practice you can do strong carvings and get your dose of adrenaline just for under 6k 😉. And last but not least his battery died before mine..
Last thing I wanna say is that Egon (the owner of the Lift) is looking for a second board for friends and family but don't want to spend another 10k+ on it.. So.. Waydoo is good for him 👍

Hey Ricardo, when you swapped to the Lyft you crossed the jet steam of the other board near the bridge and i was a little concerned 😦, but it seemed to cross with no effect. Is that right?
