If you’re curious as to which settings I used for each game, it’s all listed in the video’s description. Yes, I used DLSS for most tests cuz why not? 🙃
I have a 3060, paid a lot for it in early 2022. It doesn't seem to be great in newer and upcoming games unless heavily turning down settings and upscaling if playing at 1440p. I saw a similar 1080ti in another channel and it was getting around 30fps for comparison without upscaling in games like Avatar, LOU1, cyberpunk, remnant 2, starfield, flight simulator and just 10fps in alan wake 2 . I'm still on 1080p 75hz and won't be upgrading to a higher refresh/resolution unless prices on higher end cards drop considerably.
Thanks for sharing your experience! That’s what I did with this testing. I ran medium settings WITH DLSS for pretty much everything. As long as you don’t mind upscaling, it still holds its own in today’s games. At least it’s got 12GB of VRAM
Yes. Upgrade to your hearts content. Something like an RTX 3080 would be great. You’ll just need to make sure your power supply has enough juice to run the card you choose

I really like the look of the B550m Pro Se, I'm thinking about doing a black/white build and I can currently get the board for $91, Would you say it's a good board for that price?
I agree with mrfrost. The 6700 XT can be had for $299 now. Another good card for under $300 is intel’s A770 16GB. The RX 7600 is great too. And prices for that are around $250 currently.
@@DannysTechChannel 🤣 Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart and more ges that are supports Direct Storage technology. Even PS5 has and recommends m.2 ssd with minim 5000mb/s read write speed to avoid game stutter. U just created a bottleneck with a gen3 ssd in a gen4 system. Why?

Why not just put them in the video? There's like 80% blank space to use.
Great content, love when you drop these type of videos 💪🏿
Great video bro🎉
Thanks so much! I worked hard on this
"Sorry I skipped lunch" 🤣
Nice build!

i got a 3060 at microcenter for about $220 (it was on sale) and I just got the 5600x the other day for like 50% off on amazon 😂😂
Like I said, as long as you get ‘em for cheap, it’s worth it. But at over $1000 for this build, I’d go with something else.
@@DannysTechChannel right 👍🏼
You can squeeze some more performance from 5600X. Retested today mine and got 11656 points due to this guide th-cam.com/video/jmJ5Z9jRNPg/w-d-xo.html
just wondering if i got a 3060 ventus 3x 12g and wanted to replace my old GPU but i dont know if it will work with my CPU i got the AMD 5 ryzen 5600x

I just randomly purchased a Skytech with this configuration and liquid cooler, it was made for Localhost Gaming crnters. Should be interesting!
Listing said used a couple of times lmao.
Nice! Love the team over at Skytech. Enjoy it 👍🏻

Sure is. Especially if you don’t need WiFi
Can you give me options to connecte wifi in this motherboard ?@@DannysTechChannel
What gpu do you think I should buy with 300$?(pc mostly for 1080p fps games and/or some 1440p games)
Also really nice and informative vid
rx 6700xt is not too bad atm price wise and it chews thru all games 1440p

9:31 ??? What did u just say? My Asus Dual Mini RTX3060 runs TLOU1 at Ultra 1080p 68-85fps.
I am going to use deepcool gammax l240 argb for the 5600x build
Hey what would be a very good cooler for my 5700x
I’m a big fan of DeepCool’s products. Are you looking for air cooling or liquid cooling?
@@DannysTechChannelwhats tthats best for the money
@@DannysTechChannel what deepcool cooler should i go for
Answer my question, then I’ll be able to recommend something
@@DannysTechChannel ohh sorry air cooling my phone is a bit fucked so it deletes things when its not in my own langue sometimes
would you need to update bios for the cpu?? if so, how?
planning to do the same build
Nope. Direct drop in
i just bought pc and rtx 3060 8gb cause thats all i cant afford T_T
Can it handle 8 cores? Vrm wise?
Sure it could!
4:03 😂 u bought a Gen3 ssd while ur mobo, cpu, gpu is gen4.
Thats a huge bottleneck right there. Get a gen4 ssd!
Gen 3 vs Gen 4 doesn’t matter when we’re talking about taking simply gaming.

Cuz it was cheap and unneeded. I’d rather have put my budget towards a higher end GPU.
It's not 2024.
Almost! By the time this video hits the algorithm, it will be. 😂
It basically is 2024 lol
i recently bought this motherboard what other gpus can i use besides the 3060? will a 4060 work?
It sure will! Any modern GPUs can be installed into this motherboard
@@DannysTechChannel thank you for the response sir! i’m also using the ssd you used in this build as well.🤝
Is this motherboard can overcloaking?
Yes it can
