Also don't bring command hooks. The paint on the walls are usually really cheap and peeling the hooks can damage the walls and thats extra money. I recommend thumbtacks and then when you take them off just rub a bar soap on the whole to do a quick patch up!
I giggled when you got to “don’t bring things you haven’t worn in a year.” Now that it’s after Covid, all I’ve worn in a year is pajamas and such. 😂 Everything hasn’t been worn in a year! But it’s funny looking back, you could’ve never predicted that in 2019!

I wouldn't bring a lot of electronics. Especially if you're just starting out like me, you'll probably be spending most of your time focused on your class work and projects and won't have time for a lot of gaming

My room was cinder block so command hooks were the only way to hang anything lol
if you want to use command hooks you can put painters tape on the wall underneath them and that tape will protect the wall!!!
