I have social anxiety and I've never rlly been alone, ive always been surrounded by family or the 1 or 2 close friends ive had for years since childhood. In a few weeks I'm going to university to live in a dorm with a random roommate. Imma live in a town far away from family and childhood friends. I dont make friends easily cuz of s.a.d so ... any tips?
