went into the dungeon without knowing any of this and made mistakes which was very frustrating. luckily it worked out in the end thanks to someone explaining. pass on the knowledge guys, i'll do it aswell next time
We all knew what to do (I did thanks to watching this video just before matchmaking), but still failed at executing it. On first boss, everyone knew the order in which to take the cleanses, but on second boss, nobody was sure which cardinal direction to run to. But after wiping once, we managed to settle on clockwise - 1 North 2 East 3 South 4 West. Thankfully one doesn't have to watch out for 17 different colors - all of his skills are RED (well, red&black), so unless someone notices a flash of white, automatically assume you're picking the red orbs. The only thing hard about the dungeon is not taking damage as a ranged damage dealer. Halfway through the fight I just gave up my range (I play Sharpshooter) to go melee because 90% of last boss' skills have a melee or shortrange safezone, and his AoE often has unlimited range (can't outrun it) so it's pointless to be too far from the boss when you need to dash to him every 3 seconds to keep out of AoEs. Ah the glorious pains of learning how to play a new game... especially a game where mechanics don't make a lick of sense unless you watch a guide first, as almost nobody would figure it out with their nonexistent or plain misleading indicators in some places.
SO on the second mechanic he flash out, either red or white, I will see the colour and go to the matching orb. And before hand I would just say that I would either go north or south. Am I right?
My group just went in and no one knew what those yellow orbs were and just kept full wiping lmaoooo some people got so tilted because we had no idea what to do. It’s good to know all of us were idiots.
So... We had 1 dead at the final boss. I kept telling my teammates that we need 4 ppl and just stood there. They annoyed the boss so much killing him over and over again that we overcome the wipe mechanic and cleared the dungeon 🙄😑
seems like it doesn't matter. On first boss, dead teammate has no stacks so they're not wiping you (in fact you can cleanse that much faster lol), on second boss it seems that if someone is dead, you only need 3 correct orbs chosen. Who knows what happens when 2 are dead.. but hopefully I won't be in a group that bad :D

Not really. I’ve swept thru dungeons easily with pugs while I explained mechanics to them
