      I used to be a Tory voter, a moderate, right of centre, and I absolutely cannot bloody wait. Can't come soon enough. I despise the right wing of the Tory party. They and Reform are cut from the same cloth, except Reform is even more extreme. The more the right-wing vote is divided, the better for the people of this country. The right-wingers have done enough damage over the last 14 years.

      Absolutely correct. Labour voters in strong Tory seats will switch to Lib Dem and say so in any poll. Hence any slippage from the Labour lead will appear as a rise in the Lib Dem %.

      It is not a contract. A contract would be legally enforceable. Who are the parties to the contract? What is the offer. Where is the acceptance?. Would only reform voters have the right to sue when they don't deliver. The contract is made-up legal gobbledygook.

    What we can be sure of is...... The Tories have ~380 members of Parliament, and Reform UK has 0 members of Parliament. The Tories now have 18% public support and Reform has 19% public support. The ground beneath our feet is moving.... anyone who does not accept Reform as a potential government has their head in the sand.
    I don't know what is happening, but I do know UK Politics is changing and no one knows where it is going to land!
    I will be voting Reform at the coming election!

      One of the people they mentioned has something like 20 followers. Nobody knows who these idiots are who slipped through the cracks. When Farage was running UKIP and now Brexit/Reform, his policy has been very consistent that if you're a former member of the BNP or EDL or something then you can't join his party. People slip through the cracks of a vetting process, and that's true of all parties.

    Farage has had 37 appearances on BBC's premier political programme QT, including the other day, despite 7 failed attempts to be elected to parliament, the last one beaten by a man in a dolphin suit. Only one pollster put Reform on 19% others are around 13%. They won just 2 council seats and their predecessor parties won just 2 seats ever in parliament which were sitting Tory MP incumbents. He's not normal. He went to private schools, Dulwich college and worked as a commodities broker in the city of London.

    Of course one poll and the margin of error so it is very uncertain. But Farage will use it and his supporters are not exactly experts on statistics, so it will have an effect as people will be more willing to vote Reform as they see that is the direction of change. People like to back a winner, and if they hate Labour they can vote Reform and think they are backing a winner.
