    Guys before buying from Bestech please visit Bestech Grand Spa and Ananda in Sector 81. The builder is a thug. We are without electricity since past 48 hours as he has not made the substation power distribution. This has been published in TOI also today. Please be careful before investing in Bestech properties.

      Also this builder sells all the parking which he promises as visitor parking. We practically are left with a handful parking for Visitors. Please take every word they say in writing.

Numerous investors who purchased homes last year are yet to receive possession, despite the initial promise of ready-to-move properties. Expect at least another year before possession becomes a reality.
