Congrats on Andariel’s Visage. Not used in D3. But apparently quite good in D4. In D3 it emits a small poison nova, and increases the fire damage you take.
Yeah, it's in D2 too ;) and it's used on mercs mostly

I'm level 85 on a HC Barb playing duo with a friend. A group of four pushing will do level 100 easy.
