- Welcome to the Release 4.3 preview of Quasimodo's Christmas Caper
The main objective is to clear the snowballs on each level and to collect the bonus stars which will fall from clouds. If you collect all the required coloured stars, you are rewarded with an extra life. Collecting gold stars will get you to the bonus stage within the game. Clearing a level will reward you with a special item to collect back at your starting position. Elves are happy for a while until the timer runs low and they will turn on Quasimodo.
This is a very brief update with me discussing some changes coming in the new release this December.
Numerous levels have been updated, some redesigned entirely and background graphics tweaked. Some sprites have been updated in places.
I'm working again on additional collision improvements and I'm busy tracking down some long term bugs in the interim.
The game is designed for PAL C64 systems only.
More updates to come, please like and subscribe to be kept up to date. Thanks to those who have taken the time to subscribe already and to those who are continually supportive of this game.

Thanks.. I know, I'm slacking on those updates! LMAO! 🤣 Once I've eliminated the bugs I'm chasing, it should be near enough ready.
looks great
Thanks. The game shouldn't be too far away.. look out for more updates!
super cool lovely gfx and sound , great too see!!!
Thanks - a few more additions coming in the next release.
Yay! Love the gfx and also the palette you use, reds look red, not brownish.
Thanks - colour palettes are always different between models of C64, differences in VIC chips and components on the board skewed them slightly. I just went with what was closest to one of my C64s.
@@rwxdesigns the same here, it is very close to what I see when I use my c64c
Looking Good!!!
Thank you sir!
