Another Awesome film by my friend Alfons, it was great seeing the Caithness flagstone quarry and the countryside. Ofcourse, the great background music and the overall reverent and soothing tone of the film is a testament to Alfons TALENT for film making.
The guys at the quarry were very cool. And nice to give me a look around. Very comparable to quarry operations in Pennsylvania. Felt at home. Great guys.
@@AlfonsLC I used to live in Caithness many years ago, visited and bought some stone from the old guy that used to work the quarry. The guy that was in the waltzing the stones film. He would go everyday, even Christmas day, to work, I remember watching him making roof tiles.
