As I said, I've only just started creating the boards for Pinterest to register what I'm interested in. The first time round I wasn't sure what I was doing and started to upload content I had created for my Facebook page before I was suspended?? Sure, you want to create normal pins and direct to a subscriber web form (stand alone or on your website). I suggest offering something for free to drive more email list conversions.

Yes you will need seperate business accounts.
You will have to manually add your keywords (tags) and keywords to the description and title.
