Really like the looks/ style of these tri's. Just now got my Ply in my shop. Now ready for starting construction on the TriRaid 560 version. I believe it's a little deeper hull than the 540 and a little longer. Excited to have it finished and sailing.
Congratulations! The deeper hull is important, in order to be able to navigate with slightly higher waves.

Just now trying to figure out some cool scarf joints. Was thinking of how best to do a nice fine saw tooth pattern. But getting the spacing accurate and keeping away from ply tear-outs. Might be very challenging on such thin ply. Thinking of a 3D printing guide. But then, which cutting tool would work best. Now that's a very big question.
