- Gates of Hell's first DLC is here and we're giving away 5 sets of keys, including CtA, GoH Ostfront, and Talvisota, so keep your eyes open! Thanks to Barbedwire Studios. In today's editor cinematics, we're using a map included with the DLC, representing Mannerheim Line near Summa's village. It took the Soviet army months to break through the Finnish defensive line full of concrete bunkers and obstacles, so today, we're covering just the first epic wave of this historical event set in late 1939 winter.
The quality of the maps, new units, and other assets is superb and I'm certainly considering exploring more of this conflict set in Finland.

What the propose of the code
@@ll-nd1cj those were gift codes that means if you redeem them depending on the code you would get either call to arms, call to arms gates of hell and talvisota but now at this point in time they are all probably redeemed since is one per person but if you wish to try your luck you can try there are several trough out the video

During Winter War Soviet troops deployed 4 Br-5 and 140 B-4.
B-4 just was more common tool against Finnish bunkers

Именно по этому мне не нравится российское правительство, так как они вместо того что бы построить великую империю на Советском наследи, продали страну и сделали из нее сырьевую трубу
А так же потому что они её никак не развивают в военном плане и в плане оружия массового порожения, не будь у них советского наследия в виде ядерных ракет давно бы уже Россия стала парой десятков "независимых" стран

Finnish forces did not have Lahti L-39 anti-tank rifles in the Winter War. They had the British Boys AT rifles instead

They did, but they only had 2 of them and they were prototypes. They were found to be actually more effective against Soviet armor than the 13.2mm version and thus the L-39's caliber was standardized as 20mm.

I lost a great uncle in that decisive battle.Another one was MIA,exact whereabouts unknown.The family sent 3 of their 5 sons to war and only my grandfather came home.He was guarding a rail yard near Oulu during the continuation after developing severe arthritis from minor frostbite in his hands and feet from the extreme cold of living outside during that extremely cold winter of 39.He had been enlisted in the White Guard before the war,so when it started he was field promoted as an NCO with the equivalent rank of lieutenant.Some of the things I was told would make your hair stand and I am not rattled easily.Finn`s were masters of psychological warfare long before that was recognized in modern warfare as an effective tactic.Just look at the "sausage war" where they used the smell of cooking food against the Russians,who were starving and freezing worse than the Finn`s due to inadequate gear,among other things.Finn`s were running out of ammo and equipment was tight,Capturing equipment meant survival.Finland fired every bullet and shell they had in reserve.At first there was a return fire only order to conserve what they had.The entire war effort was amazing considering the sacrifices made having to deal with a hostile neighbor.My grandfather always said to never trust the Russians...it appears he was right.My cousins are not worried.They will fight them again should things get silly over joining NATO.

Перед войной Советский Союз отправили Финам предложение об обмене территорией. СССР предлагал просто обменяться землёй чтобы отодвинуть границу от Ленинграда. Взамен фины получили бы часть земель гораздо севернее. Но финны отказались так как вложили очень большие средства в линию Монергейма. И отказались. В итоге СССр пришлось начать эту войну ибо товарищ Сталин знал что Гитлер рано или поздно нападет. Ибо немцы ещес 19 века хотели себе русские территории. Так что финны сами виноваты в этом. Да СССР потерял много солдат но это того стоило.
Да, это было так. Но надо понимать, что здесь всем на это насрать: достаточно верить собственным "патриотическим" СМИ, бухать пиво и тупо "мочить" виртуальных коммуняг, сидя в теплом кресле. Что ещё от потреблядей требуется?
