Dr Richard Werner has the same idea as Dave. Decentralised banking, loans to economic growth only, absolutely no speculation, ethical and simple banking that's for the communities they stand in.
I'm not quite sure how community banks will function with CBDC's though. I'd be interested to hear your take on that, Dave.
Warren Mosler had the simple idea, at least for big banks, to write a list of things they are only allowed to do, instead of allowed Not to do.
