    I loved watching his shows when I was in my late teenage years and it made me fall in love with the restaurant business ❤ I miss this guy so much

    This one is especially interesting and sad at the same time. The comparisons of what it is now vs when it was filmed says volumes. (30:55-31:20) I'm glad I had the opportunities to see it then.

    Hong Kong has an energy one cannot get anywhere. This is what is unique about Hong Kong. Documentaries like this, really says that if one truly love Hong Kong, one should stay and make it happen.

    After watching roadrunner these later episodes are much more difficult to watch. It was the beginning of Anthony losing himself. If you told him he’s arrogantly stop a subject in the middle of them telling of their heartbreaking story he’d feel shame. I can’t imagine how hard it must have been as one of the crew members.
    Incase anyone feels I’m projecting or perceiving these thoughts I’m not. I’m referencing what members of the crew described themselves.
