Nice setup! I've got something very similar, except mine has quite a few more "smaller" scale tools, tailored for general IT field technician work. To keep the weight down, I only carry a set of GearWrench sockets and bit set (max. 3/4 inch) after that, I'd use one of the 2 crescent wrenches. 12V soldering iron and related consumables, a straight and a curved hemostats etc. The hammer and the small bolt-cutters are the largest items in my box...
