I really wish that we had a senior food bank here. We all go to the same food banks, young and old alike. It seems like many times the food bank either run low or run out of stuff. It's hard for some seniors to get out so early in the morning to go to these food banks. Some of them have their care takers bring them and depending on how soon they can get their, they don't get as much. Don't get me wrong, some is always better than none. If they would have a food bank just for seniors, the food banks wouldn't be giving out large amounts to families with many kids. That's why we need a food bank for seniors and the other 2 for everyone.
We also have a wonderful senior citizens Center with lots of activities only for seniors , games, exercises , bible studies ,a lunch Monday through Friday . they play games they have meals on wheels they delivered to shut ends. www.nacseniorcenter.com/

Yes, he said six weeks to three months but a normal gallbladder surgery is 20 minutes it took 2 1/2 hours for mine because my gallbladder tore apart, and the poison came out inside of me so I was very sick. So I had a drain tube for 11 days. But I’m getting better it’s just slow. most of my friends were up in a few days back to normal. One of my friends used to walk with me, and then three days she was back walking, like nothing ever happened, and my cousin went home and went to his garden. I’m just happy it’s almost over.
I just made a video there yesterday and it of the fall colors . Yes I go all time to walk . It’s beautiful but the fall colors are my favorite. Those new videos will be coming soon .
