I had been looted for being busy in military service & to visit the site once during leave. I had trusted contractor who had constructed his own house in vicinity & was making another 2 in his neighbourhood. I saw his old parents & had a verbal agreement that Allah is a witness between us. I paid him drafts in steps of all the agreed amount. Once it was rented I came to know by complaints of tenant that everything is menace & substandard. Till todate still paying its price for my negligence. Now I feel that each word of your sincere advice is worth following to avoid lifetime loss & stress
