Rode Nt 1 A definitely the best...it has amazing highs and Mid ...crisp and clear.

Can you tell me how important is thunderbolt for buying PC for music production? I am buying and looking for motherboard . I think in future its necessary and very useful for any connection so we should go for it.
It's only relevant if you are going to buy an audio interface with thunderbolt. Just buy a good interface, don't worry that much about the motherboard
Akg has a basic sustainable raw audio as it is , thanks to Harman technology , rode basic microphone is not at all recommend - if you have saving then go for AKG - if you have high budget then go for RODE

why I'm not getting the quality of recording on my laptop
i have the rode NT-1 but i can not recommend it for sqeaky female vocal with lots of resonance in the high mid..it is distorting like hell even with proper input gain levels it sucks hard..first i thought it was my speakers or even my hearing..but then i noticed the distortion in the playback at low volume..tried changing the distance and some other things but every time the NT-1 distorted on the ,,u,, and ,,o,, ..so now i am only using it for male vocals and for rapping..for all other things my sm 57 and akg p120..best combination

I am a singer and I am planning to upgrade my home recording setup from usb condenser to xlr one. Will like to know your feedback on the following and which one will be the best one:
1. SE Electronics XA1
2. AKG P120/P220/P420
3. Lewitt LCT240 Pro
Note : I don't have a treated room.
Idk, because i never tested all the mic except the p120, my experience with p120 is this mic is suprisingly can handle all the background noise, i tested in my untreated room its picking up a very little background noise, i dont test it with db meter yet but with my sense of hearing this mic is good for its price. But its up to you, you can choose any mic that you like, its only my experience with this mic.

I hv a AKG p120, it’s good as for a starter fr recording singing, but not recommended for professional vocal recording. I hv used it fr 2 years. It lacks in especially low end. And also vocal bass quality too.

Depends on the motherboard .. I tried my m50x on my friends laptop and it had good output but when I used it on my PC it was not that good .. I had to get a interface for it
By budget wise AKG p120 is best in performance and budget
